In this episode of The Wellness Matters Podcast, Ashley Hamilton joined me once again to record our second episode in a series. We are breaking down old programming beliefs and finding ways to replace them with new ideas.
Last week's episode had to do with the school system. This week, however, we delved into the misconceptions surrounding parenting and the belief systems that have been passed down through generations. We discussed the importance of early childhood development, the challenges of discipline, and the significance of understanding emotions and communication in parenting.
Ashley and I go kinda deep into the idea that just because the child is younger in years doesn't mean they don't understand our energy as adults. If we can take an extra minute to be intentional, meltdowns and arguments can be headed off.
Check out this episode for an insightful conversation to heal yourself and then also your connection with any child in your life.
