  • In this episode I'm joined by Shannon Jackson - an anxiety recovery coach and the host of A Healthy Push podcast. Shannon struggled with anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia for 15 years, and now she helps people to overcome the things that she used to struggle with. She truly believes that with a little healthy push, recovery doesn't have to take years, or be so hard. Shannon teaches people to see just how capable they are, and how to start living a life that is full of lots of peace, joy, freedom, and adventure!
