With this podcast I aim to help people with my knowledge and the deconstruction to give them the tools, knowledge, security and understanding to help them with their healing journey, partner, (C-)PTSD, PTS or the like. The aim is to help people cure themselves or at least improve their journey to getting cured and not just healed and to finally have a life worth living again - not just surviving. The original goal was to just tell my path, but while doing the podcast I realized the dire situation of PTSD resources and changed it to be more broad and make my instructions more universal. This nightmare of an illness is quite easily defeated if you know what to do and it no longer can hide in the shadows, that make it immune. But it DOES require a lot of work and effort. I use PTSD to include all form of traumas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask, I usually answer them per mail or in the episode if more is needed. I also offer therapy to help more directly.More information and transcripts you can find at: https://www.johannadraconis.com/podcast/

Do you wonder whether there’s another way?
Another, more creative, more meaningful approach to living your life. Well there is and there’s a growing movement of people from all kinds of walks of life who are proving that the way we end up doing what we do in life is often a side effect of external forces. Rather than a deliberate, conscious and authentic set of choices that have come from you and your unique needs. What are you chasing? Success? Safety? Fame? Fortune? Recognition?
Have you stopped to think recently why you’re doing what your doing with your life? Are the stories that you're creating today the ones that you hope your grandchildren will be telling to their children? Are you creating your legacy? -
What’s the point in success if you can't enjoy it?
Contrary to popular belief, business growth doesn’t have to come at the sacrifice of personal growth.
This show enables conscious entrepreneurs to become the masters of their minds so they can create massive impact with ease, enjoy the journey, and avoid burnout.
You’ll discover:
How to overcome mental blocks and create a mindset that allows you to achieve everything you want in life and businessPractical ways to go from feeling stressed and overwhelmed to clear, focused, and at ease, so you can actually enjoy the journey of entrepreneurshipHow to turn challenges into massive opportunities for growth and success in your businessBefore Alexi launched this podcast, he was a founder running multiple businesses. Whilst everything looked great on the outside, he was struggling on the inside.
Failures felt deeply personal, no success felt good enough, and he was burning the candle at both ends but he just couldn’t see another way.
Then Alexi met his coach, ventured into podcasting, started learning about the power of the mind, doing more of what he loved, and ultimately having a greater impact in the process.
Now, Alexi spends his time hosting founder retreats and coaching founders through their business and personal growth journeys, helping them overcome mental blocks to achieve the impact they’ve always wanted.
We release new episodes weekly, consisting of brief conversations with conscious entrepreneurs and founder experts where we delve into growth mindsets, high performance, and leadership. We also have a ‘crazy founder stories’ segment (10 minutes) where entrepreneurs share their most shocking experiences so that fellow founders don't feel alone in their struggles. Together, we’ll laugh at the inevitable quirks and mishaps of our entrepreneurial journeys, reminding ourselves that even the craziest moments have valuable lessons to teach.

This podcast explores the unique experiences of neurodivergent people (particularly those who've been historically excluded from mainstream neurodivergent narratives), often considering intersectionality and social justice lenses while sharing tools and strategies to promote self-knowledge, self-acceptance, radical responsibility and self-love. Living in a society that wasn't made for neurodivergent brains in mind isn't easy, especially depending on the overlapping oppressions you must navigate.
