BT27 Live Your Inner Art with your olfactic senses. Queen Tracy Pepe is the world's first international Scent Designer. And she's here to share a powerful message laying right under our noses.
A published author, and Chief Perfumer at Nose Knows Design, Tracy Pepe has been designing custom scents exclusively for brands for over 25 years. Some of her clients include: Toronto Trump International Hotel, Samsung, InterContinental Hotel New York, Oben Flats, Remington Homes, IBI Canada, DMD Retail Design and the GOAway! Special exhibit, Scent Installation at Designoff & Nuit Blanche.
As a mother of a child with Tourette's and ADD, a sister who is schizophrenic and a father who suffered from depression: Tracy has personally invested many years investigating the research and science on how scents impact health and how we feel.
Tracy lectures globally to architects, designers, and branders on Scent Design.
This is your chance, to let your olfactic senses bring you to a memory or safe space. Where do you deserve to heal?
Thank you Tracy for sharing your personal experience and some food in Chinatown Montreal. I believe your vulnerable interview will inspire listeners to redevelop their olfactory senses.

BT26 Live Your Inner Art with Gillian Greig, Clinical Massage and Maso-Kinesitherapist.
Immerse yourself in the healing power Kinesense Queen, biologist shifted to manual massage therapist. A Queen that merges science and basic human senses, sounds inclusive to me. Kinesense is the name of her personal clinic in NDG, Montreal. Her talents are extensive from masso-kinesitherapy to thai massage. Gillian Greig can access your senses through her own energy and background education. I have had the pleasure of being healed by her and it's no joke that she is a must-have when redefining that unique healing experience you deserve.
---
Gillian Greig, BsC, CMT is a Masso-Kinesitherapist specializing in the causes of chronic pain. Postural analysis, palpation and manual therapy are used to understand and release tension and restrictions that are uncovered. Treatment plans are focused on relieving the pain permanently and on treating the whole person rather than just symptoms.
She provides every client with an individualized and effective clinical massage treatment plan by relieving the actual causes of the problem rather than just temporarily soothing the symptoms.
The foundation of her work is based on her many years of experience as a therapist, her close to 2000 hours of training as well as her understanding of the inter-connectivity and functionality of the human body. At Kinesense, Gillian relieves chronic pain conditions and release restrictions in movement with a holistic approach focusing on the source of the problem and not just on the symptoms that are a result.
Restrictions and adhesions in muscles, joints and in deep tissues are treated with therapeutic massage, passive and active stretching and movements as well as with other kinesthetic and neuro-muscular methods. Using this approach, not only are the immediate symptoms relieved but the stimulation and re-education of the nervous system lead to long-lasting relief.
Somatic awareness, good breathing techniques and postural analysis are other integral elements in the sessions. Simple exercises and other lifestyle modifications are suggested as ways to reinforce the progress made during the session.

BT25 Live Your Inner Art with a creative dose of positive energy from Keara McGirr, shadow student.
Keara is a creative and ambitious individual currently completing her Bachelor's of Interior Design at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. She has had the opportunity to work alongside Darleen Wong and learn her artistic approach to interior design and see firsthand how to startup a business. Keara loves learning from others and gaining new experiences for her professional and personal goals in life as well as sketching and sewing in her free time.
Keara rings the doorbell. It's 10am. I am still in bed. She's already at the dwStudio to help me start my branding and marketing. "I'm up now" I answer the door with my bed head and cracky voice. "But I am ready!". Keara McGirr was my first ever shadow student from Dawson College. The college I gradutaed Interior Design from back in 2004. For the last 3 years I have been called to the table of judges for the 3rd year graduating students final projects at Dawson. I have given my authetic feedback using my past experience in the industry and instilling motivation and inspiration to these young souls. Keara and I hit it off from the start. Strangely enough, we have the exact same nervous giggle and happy giggle. Yes, we giggle in good and bad times. Well, there are no bad times when you connect the two of us at the hip. This Positivity Queen is surely to put a smile and help you uncover any hidden treasure dying to escape the darkness. Between us two Queens there is a lack of negativity. Thank goodness I have found my mini-match. When she announced that she was to continue her studies in Ottawa I had to buy her a gift to thank her for her patience, love and care for my thoughts and rollercoaster of creativity. So I bought her a train ticket with Via Rail... So she could come back to me!!!!!! Well, she did return the day I launched my Brand of Boudoir Interior and Boudoir Therapy October 8, 2018. I love this the force within this Queen. Careful, too much positivity and giggles can harm the negative outta you!

I am forever grateful for the time you dedicated to my growth. You planted a magical seed. Merci!

BT24 Live Your Inner Universal Art with the Reina Arte De La Cruz.
Born July 7, 1996, I was lucky enough to see the birth of the Millennial World by surviving the "Y2K"
I am now a 22-year-old woman with a huge passion for art! It has been over a year now that I have been devoting myself more seriously to my artistic career. This wonderful passion that I discovered at a young age nourishes me daily. Since I was young, drawing and I have always been allies. On the other hand, it was when I entered at Marie-Victorin CEGEP in 2013 that I got illuminated! My initiation to painting was a real revelation. I finally got to know myself! My sweet dreams can now be visualized. My origins greatly inspire my artistic flow. My Dominican mother and my Haitian father. I do not hide from you that these two people do not always share a very friendly relationship for many known & unknown reasons. Yet, they live on the same island. I decided to take inspiration from this situation. Not wanting to use one of my two origins, I directed my art to my ancestors in a past where these two peoples and all other peoples were one! Looking forward to make the African continent come to you!

Meet one of my youngest apprentices in the Private Boudoir, Arte De La Cruz.
Her gift isn't in the brush strokes. It is in her intellectual connoisseur of art, society, and self-respect. Her name will spread goosebumps through your body and soul because it's exactly what she intends to do. Her inner art is a powerful space rocket ready to launch in whatever direction her mission takes her. I am proud of this young woman who has embraced her inner art and has learned to use it as a tool. I am looking forward to seeing Arte blossom into the badass tropical artist she deserves to be. You'll be hearing lots about this Queen I promise.
Thank you Shari for being you and uncovering your hidden treasures on the Boudoir Therapy Podcast.
Sending you love and art, because you deserve it girl!

BT23 What is Boudoir Therapy?
This is the episode that summarizes best what Boudoir Therapy has bloomed into in the last few months. I thought I knew what it meant when I first came up with the title of this Podcast. But I was wrong. The concept is much more profound and fulfilling than I ever envisioned. And I am an expert at seeing things before they go up. But this creation has taught me that I cannot always see what I am doing, smelling, seeing, feeling, hearing or even tasting until the last drop has been swallowed in. And even then. The fascinating part is that Boudoir Therapy will always be evolving. Every Queen I've interviewed has taught me to live more in the present and to respect myself selfishly. The most difficult part of the BT process was deflecting all the negative energy I'd receive from the closest people in my life. I am practicing 'no' and 'that's enough! It's me time 'because I deserve it!'. It is the most twisted and joyous moment every time I edit a new episode. There is constant positive energy transmitted into my veins, heart, soul and mind through the words of the Queens. These powerful enlightened real women live a life on purpose without any judgment because they have already been practicing BT without even knowing it. So sit back on your Queens chair and give yourself this "selfish" time you deserve to rise to your throne. But first, go to bed... --- I am eager to get to know and encourage all the Queens around the world to lead and speak from the heart and from a safe space, embracing their purpose and intentions to serve the world. Thank you for being you, Queens!your darling xo -
Bt22 Live Your Inner Art by connecting with Nudes and Nature just like the Queen of Art Homeira Mortazavi.

Born in Iran, Homeira Mortazavi immigrated to Montreal, Canada in 1987. She received her BFA with distinction (1996) and Master of Art Education (2002) from Concordia University where she studied under Guido Molinari, Suzan Scott and Giuseppe Di Leo.Mortazavi's figurative art deals with issues of self-identity, women's experience and the relation between human and nature, focusing on women and flowers in particular. Her technical skills are repeatedly evident in the handling of both human and natural forms as she celebrates the beauty of both. She has enjoyed both solo and group exhibitions in Canada, in the United States and in France. She lives and works in Montreal.

Have you ever felt so disconnected from your own body, curves, skin tone, textures and feminity?
Meet this power woman. Her students praise her as their mentor. Why? Because her desire to help people connect to themselves before anything else exterior is a priority. Homeira believes in the power of art to communiacte a feeling you may not be able to necessarily voice. And it's perfectly alright to begin by sharing with her your fears and doubts. I'd highly siuggest art therapy in her adorable Atelier Homeira. A safe space to self-express and develop a passionate connection with the canvas, paint brush and paint. Her methods are unconventional and empathic. Because different Boudoir Therapy methods exist. All are acceptable if you find healing in them. Embrace your inner art literally with the Queen of Art Homeira Mortazavi. Because you deserve it!
Thank you Queen of Art for being a part of my BT journey. Love that you love art as much as I do.
