In this episode, I sit down and talk to life-long friends, Jimmy and Diana, about their son, Stephen, coming out and telling them he was gay. In spite of their upbringings, their religious beliefs at the time and social pressures, they tell their story of how they faced the unexpected and changed their mindsets to celebrate who Stephen REALLY was and to bless him unconditionally.

I'm reminded of the 80's song, "No One is to Blame," by Howard Jones...
"You can look at the menu, but you just can't eat
You can feel the cushion, but you can't have a seat
You can dip your foot in the pool, but you can't have a swim
You can feel the punishment, but you can't commit the sin..."Friends, the heart can only take so much restriction. Today's mini-episode covers what it means to open your heart and let it LIVE.
Enjoy,

In this mini-episode I break down the mystery of finding your purpose. You can finally take a deep breath and relax that you are not the only one left on the planet that doesn't know your purpose. In fact, only 1 in 5 people feel like they know their purpose!
Turn up the volume, listen and take some notes if you can. You're going to find this enlightening and refreshing!

From Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer:
There's always tomorrow
For dreams to come true
Believe in your dreams, come what may.
There's always tomorrow
WIth so much to do
And so little time in a day.
We all pretend the rainbow has an end (Ooh...)
And you'll be there, my friend, some day.
There's always tomorrow
For dreams to come true
Tomorrow is not far away.
(We all pretend the rainbow has an end
And you'll be there, my friend, some day)
There's always tomorrow
For dreams to come true
Tomorrow is not far...a...way. -
Many of us have either worked for someone who made us feel small or know someone who hates their job because they feel small where they are.
In this episode, I share my notes from Oscar Arias's training call titled, "Diminishers vs. Multipliers," that I participated in with the Les Brown Maximum Achievement Team.
What is a diminisher vs. a multiplier? Are you or your employer someone who builds people up, creates an atmosphere of growth and attracts talent - a MULTIPLIER, or are you or your employer someone who assumes things about people before giving them a chance to show you who they are? Do you or your boss build your empire at the expense of diminishing others? Do you or your employer have a high turnover rate? Listen to this checklist and either keep doing a good job of building a winning team or recalibrate your thinking to implement the characteristics and actions of a CHAMPION multiplier!
I hope you enjoy this episode,
Michelle

Every morning I meditate for about 10 minutes and this morning I felt like I needed to get this off of my chest.
I wanted to talk about what most of us don't realize we have - a Creative Source in us that will navigate us to where we want to be and get us what we want in our lives. It's an interesting way of looking at things, but it might inspire you to see your existence in a new light.
Light and Love,

I needed my 5-year-old grandson to speak into one of my mic's so that I could check the audio for my upcoming Podcast guest, so I decided to let him have a go at interviewing me. I'm not sure why, but he's more interested in talking about Disney than me. Go figure!

There are times we may feel stuck because of past traumas, social conditioning or maybe something someone said that we can't seem to shake off.
Those things stay in our subconscious mind and we begin to live from that place instead of living in the present, which ultimately depletes our energy and manifests itself in things like fatigue, sickness, depression, anxiety, etc.
Life is too short to be stuck! My guest, Aaron Austin, talks about tools we can use to go from living on autopilot to being in the driver's seat and cruising ourselves into a life of bliss.
To reach Aaron for a Psych-K session or Life Coaching, you can find him on Facebook under Aaron Austin or:
