ANXIETY LAND has a new sheriff in town. We discuss in this episode how recognizing different sensations in my body or thoughts in my mind as clues that I have entered "Anxiety Land". We recognize Anxiety Land as a place that, on its own, is similar to the Wild West. Lawless and chaotic.
