In this episode, Michelle Collins and Seth Showalter bring on special guest, PK Langley.
While this is a serious episode, Michelle kicks things off with a giggle fit. In fact, multiple takes were required to get this off the ground. This material has been released to our patrons.
After catching up on their lives over the last week, Michelle, Seth and PK discuss of overview of Major Depressive Disorder. Using DSM V criteria used to diagnose, they discuss how each component of criteria plays out in real life. This is a valuable conversation full of clinical insights and personal examples.

Rather than finishing out the month with the last episode of the Shattered Image Series, Michelle and Seth decided to break things up with an extended mental minute. In this episode, they discuss the "art of argument" by venting through their own recent frustrations with conflict resolution. Seth owns up to being really bad at conflict resolution while Michelle provides real life experience along with suggestions at working through it. This is a rare episode in that it is not part of a series but a stand alone episode!

In this episode, Michelle and Seth have somewhat of a free form conversation around the topic of questioning God. After a short "mental minute"- they tackle the subject matter of deconstruction and God. Check out the conversation.
Michelle drops some truth in this episode. If you are questioning God, please hear this message: "You're okay. There is nothing wrong with you. You're not broken. You're not lost. You're not deceived. You are none of those things. You are a human being having a human experience of asking questions and that's okay."

This episode was initially aired live on Facebook.
The episode kicks off with a mental minute. Seth shares a funny story from being on the golf course with his father this past weekend. Michelle shares her successful move and updates on her fitness goals as she gets closer to a bodybuilding competition. There’s a funny moment in there where the topic of dick pics comes up and you know Seth had something to share.
After processing, Michelle and Seth begin the next topic of conversation which is… deconstructing relationships. This is perhaps the hardest part of any deconstruction process as it often reveals who our friends really are. There’s a discussion on Seth’s experience coming out as gay and how this impacted his relationships. Seth shares personal stories from college when he was in the process of coming out amid Christians. Michelle explores how her relationships were impacted and changed as she began to question her religious beliefs. “What’s going to be the question that’s just too far?”
