Hi Friends,
It's always such a delight bringing you God's word.
In this episode, I seat down for a fun yet deeply insightful interview with my friend, Nora Igonoh to discuss:
Her journey - from a young girl in search of love and acceptance to a woman who understands and has accepted God's unconditional love. (P.S: She shared her special name for God, so listen out for it) Insights to living free of offenses, hurt and pain even when they come looking for you. Guys, the truths Nora shared in this episode are timeless and deep - truly proof that she had been 'schooled' by God on this matter of living free.I pray God uses our words to minister to heal your hearts and help you live free!
Remain Blessed.

Hi Friends,
Still on our Traveling Light series; in this episode, I discuss about envy.
Envy is one of those emotions we barely ever talk about as Christians, or even admit that we feel.
Here, I share about my recent episode with envy discussing my lessons from the experience; and some practical ways through which I was able to overcome envy. These insights are also relevant tips for dealing with other negative emotions that could serve as baggage holding us back from surfing the waves with God.
Don't let anything hold you back, as you go deeper with Him.

Hi Friends,
In this episode, I discuss how pain can be a yoke.
A yoke binding you to the past and pulling you along a certain path; whereas God is calling you deeper. Calling you to ditch the past, take on His new life, surf the waves with Him and live free.
Come along as I share my own experience with pain, lessons learned on my journey and more importantly, practical ways to come into a life of healing and freedom in Christ.

In this episode, I share about the need to travel light in our walk with God.
Just like a lady with excess baggage at the airport; our fears, worries, anxieties, guilt, shame, hurts, uncertainties, previous conditionings and faulty beliefs can become baggage that impede our walk with God. While God is calling us to surf the waves with Him, these issues can limit our progress and cause us to drag along.
Come along as we discuss the need to lay these down at His feet; so we can go deeper with Him.

Hi Friends,
In this episode, I take you along a short Bible study adventure discussing the story of a truly hungry & thirsty lady. Can you guess who?
It's the Samaritan woman at the well and her glorious experience with the Living Water, Jesus who quenches her thirst like it never existed and fills her up that she bubbles over so much that she becomes the town evangelist.
Like the Samaritan woman, God can do the same for you. He is still in the business of quenching thirst and refreshing souls.
Listen, and be blessed.

In this episode, I discuss what it means to desire God. In the same way, we naturally crave food/ water; it is possible to desire an intimate relationship with God. I attempt to answer the following questions: Why should I desire Him? When should I desire Him? How do I find him? And, where to find Him?I also discuss what true hunger is: " a holy pursuit of chasing after God. It is a desire to know more of Him, be more like Him and experience more of Him in your life. It is your heart cry for intimacy"; and debunk the norm of desiring God for the "benefits". “Desire Him because He is your portion, and you want to experience the life Christ died to give you. Desire Him because He will teach you the ways of the Father. Desire Him because He will bring your life into obedience to God’s purpose.” – culled from Firebrand by DDK (2017).Hunger & thirst friends, your filling is guaranteed.Be blessed!

Hi family, welcome to 2021!
This is the year that the Lord has made, and we rejoice and are glad in it!
I pray that in this year, we are carried on the wings of the Holy Spirit. That we enjoy His grace, His love, and His leading in new dimensions and expressions. Thank you for an amazing 2020 – thank you for listening, sharing the link, subscribing, and so on. Thank you for being a part of our growing community!
In this episode, I share our direction for the year. At the end of 2020, God gave me a word, “DEEPER” and that would be our guiding theme for the year. This year, we will be exploring a deeper fellowship with God. What it means, what it demands, and what the experience is like.

Hi there, welcome to another episode of Growing Together with C. I podcast.
In today’s conversation, I discuss “trust!"
I attempt to clarify the true meaning of trust and discuss some tips to building it: by staying close, consistent, and confidential. I talk a bit about my journey to trusting God recklessly and share a few scriptures to help you develop unwavering confidence in His character, capacity, and promises.
Action Point: Write out areas where you are struggling to figure out how they’ll work and areas you seem confused about; prayerfully hand them over to Him.
Prayer: Dear Father, today, I surrender my worries and anxieties before you. I trust you to lead me as I am your sheep and I receive grace to guide me step-by-step. In Jesus' name, Amen!

Today’s conversation is a question, “Who is your Jesus?”
Matthew 16:13-17
If you’ve been a person of faith for a while you or grew up in a Christian household as I did; this question may sound ludicrous because you may already have ready answers – e.g. He’s the son of God, the Christ, my Lord and Personal Saviour, Father in Heaven, and so on. While these aren’t wrong, I want to encourage you to commit to knowing Jesus better. Like Peter, commit to having a revelation-based understanding of Jesus.
Action Point: Ask the H.S to reveal Jesus to you.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the gift of your son, thank you for your reckless love. Today, I ask to know and understand the new dimensions of the person of Jesus. I ask that Christ be revealed to me, in Jesus name. Amen.

In this episode, I try to answer the question, “What does growth look like?”
The truth is that growth is a process and not an outcome; a journey and not a destination. The Bible talks about various depths in God – so we know for a fact there’s always more in Him. This doesn’t mean that it’s an arduous journey but a pleasant adventure. Growing in your walk with God and the process/ experience of it will most likely differ for each person, so please don't benchmark against anyone else's.
I also discuss how can you assess your growth?
Your trust level – confidential, consistent & close. Your communication. I’m sure we’ve all heard that communication is the lifeblood of every relationship. Yes, that applies here too. Quality of conversations. Your obedience quotient.Action Point: Over the next couple of days, I would like for you to observe all three of these indicators; and document, discuss and reflect on what you find out. Also, try to describe the kind of relationship you want with God.
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the gift of your son, thank you for your reckless love that is steadfast & never ceasing. Today, we come before you hungry and thirsty. We want to filled up by you; we want to know you more. Fill us up, Jesus. In Jesus' name, Amen!

Have you ever felt as though there’s not enough time to catch up with your daily devotions?
Have you ever felt as though you're running on empty because you haven't had the time to spend with Jesus your Father?
Have you ever said, “Oh, I’ll do my devotion at night and you literally sleep off? You know phone in hand or face smackdown in your Bible and journal. Okay, maybe beside then.
Have you ever felt like there’s just not enough time in the day to get to study and get to know Jesus better; to spend at His feet and learn of Him?
Well, if you have...
Then, this is for you!
