Before you plan to listen to this episode: The audio had some struggles! It's going to be best to listen to this with headphones in a place with little to no background noise. We experienced some echo and some tech issues when we recorded, but didn't know in time! Sincere apologies!
But now: Matt shares his story as a man in recovery. He now lives in Kenya and works in the mining industry. He talks about some of his experiences that led to treatment and his life in recovery. This episode is extra special because Matt talks about some of his resistance to recovery, and he brought along someone who played a big role in his treatment awakening.

Never will we justify or endorse someone causing harm to another person. Hurting others is wrong. So why does it happen? Jealousy? Envy? Fear? Trauma? If you are a victim of bullying, please know that you do not have to accept it. Please seek out someone you trust who can help, who WILL help. Together we can end bullying behaviors. We can heal wounds. We can make a kinder, more loving world. Check out this episode where a Jr High student talks about her experience being bullied by someone she thought was her friend.

Listen to Coach Tara Garrison. Part way through you'll hear her quote that I just love... "I call health my gateway drug to personal awakening." I thought that was just brilliant! Tara talks a bit about what got her into helping others, but even more about what keeps her in that space, and some of the experiences that have helped her heal and continue on the path of personal enlightenment.
