Emi and Shawntelle talked with Becky Lange, a pediatric sleep consultant with Rebecca Lange Wellness. She is local to the Winston-Salem area and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our kids and sleep. They got to chat quickly on healthy sleep routines and establishing them, as well as tips on how to maintain your boundary with your toddler and small kids to stay in bed the whole night.
