On October 30th, the day has finally arrived for us to present the new EP from thea & schtu. We’ve been big fans of their sound for a while, which makes us all the more excited that this EP has come together.
The two original tracks showcase the duo’s impressive range of musical styles. The title track, "Odyssee," is marked by a deep melody and signature synth elements, while the second track, "No, What?" stands out with its groovier touches, yet remains unmistakably true to the distinctive style of thea & schtu.
The originals are complemented by equally diverse remixes from our friends Laaar, Samaha, and Sydka. We’re very pleased with the result and would like to thank all the artists involved, as well as Haunted Water and Iorie for the mastering, and Kilian Van de Water for the striking artwork.

Dario Klein & Riatsu – Radler EP (Vinyl Release)
Originals from Cologne and Mumbai, Remixes from Berlin and Hamburg
What happens when two artists from completely different musical worlds meet across continents? The answer is provided by Cologne-based live act and DJ Dario Klein, along with ambient sound artist Riatsu from Mumbai.
The two musicians met in 2022 as part of an artist exchange organized by the Cultural Office of the City of Cologne and the Goethe-Institut Mumbai. Their musical journey led them from live performances and collaborative studio sessions in India and Germany to the release of their debut Radler EP on vinyl.
The original tracks "Radler" and "Fading Light" capture the unforgettable moments of their collaboration in two danceable and driving tracks. The EP is rounded off by remixes from Überhaupt & Außerdem from Berlin and Metatext from Hamburg.
The result: an EP that has grown in clubs and festivals and matured in the studio. A special thanks goes to the Cultural Office of the City of Cologne, which significantly supported and facilitated this project.

Wichtig ist der Selbstrespekt und die Achtung vor dem anderen. Denn wer weiß schon wie sich die Pfade über das Leben hinweg wandeln …
👨🎤 Voldemar ist ein aufstrebender DJ mit russischen Wurzeln, der sich New York City zu seinem zu Hause gemacht hat. Schon seit seinem siebten Lebensjahr lebt er für die Musik und stand bereits auf verschiedensten Bühnen. Mittlerweile hat er seine Leidenschaft für elektronische Musik gefunden und es sich in diesem Genre so richtig gemütlich gemacht. Dabei bevorzugt er einen diversen, von unterschiedlichen Einflüssen geprägten Sound. So kombiniert er russischen Folk mit organischen Melodien und treibenden Bässen. Für KataHaifisch gibt es ein knackiges Downtempo- und Progressive-House Set. Wir sind hin und weg und auch ein bisschen verliebt.

Diese erste, offizielle Session war ein voller Erfolg. Über das Jahr kamen tausende Besucher, von jung bis alt war alles vertreten. Dieser magische Ort bietet Platz für jeden. In firldches Harmonie feiern wir dieses Jahr noch einmal die Schönheit des feiern und der Freude.

💭 Mit sich selbst allein zu sein, kann zeitweise schon schwierig erscheinen. Ohne Ablenkung werden die Gedanken mal groß und dann wieder klein. Es treten Dinge zum Vorschein, unbarmherzig prasseln schonungslose Wahrheiten auf dich ein. Doch auch dieser Zustand wird vergehen und am Ende bleibt nur die Stille bestehen. Die Einsamkeit setzt ein und damit der Zustand von Bewusstsein.

💭 Das diesjährige Mystic Creatures Festival war zum zweiten Mal ein durch und durch magisches Ereignis. Auf einer abgeschiedenen Insel in den schönen Weiten Polens trafen sich knapp 7000 Menschen, um von Donnerstag bis Montag gemeinsam die Schönheit des Seins zu zelebrieren. Wache Geister und bewusste Geschöpfe. Kreaturen der Nacht die auch bei Tag gern ihr Antlitz offenbarten. In einer Festivalumgebung, die sich im Vergleich zum ersten Jahr noch einmal eindrucksvoll weiterentwickelt hat. Die Stages ausgefeilt, neue etabliert und noch mehr Details für Auge, Geist und Seele ergänzt. Es war uns wieder einmal eine große Freude, diese lange Reise anzutreten und wir freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste Jahr.

I began my MOYN closing set very unconventional with simply playing piano and singing a reimagined jazz tune - inspired by MOYN—to jolt the audience awake, perhaps even provoke them, and lead them on a journey inward, to the core of their hearts. The set unfolded as a vibrant tapestry of unreleased originals and timeless classics, spanning genres in a way that reflects my eclectic tastes - weaved into Vocals, Synths and Piano loops.
What truly made this experience extra special was that, although the set was initially planned for 1.5 hours, the promoters and the energy of the crowd led me to extend it. This spontaneous interaction with the audience created a dynamic and memorable atmosphere, and with this recording, those fleeting moments are preserved and extended. My heartfelt thanks go to MOYN Festival for their trust and to Station Endlos for providing such an incredible stage.

Air Horse One is an incomparable musical flight experience - brutal, pure rhythms and driving beats. And so are the two tracks on this EP: They come without a lot of gimcrackery, but have a direct effect on the physical level and were created on the journey home from Berlin, in Wagon 34. Compared with an element of Gnarls Barkley's 'Crazy', which served as inspiration for their track, the EP title 'Crazy Wagon' was born.
