A morning walk to the ocean here in Santo Antão, Cabo Verde reminded me of a message from a beloved teacher and Saint, Sri Neem Karoli Baba: “If you do not make it empty, how will you fill it up again?” By learning to embrace loss and letting go, we recognize that divine emptiness is full of love.
