This is something I want to incorporate into my days, but I want you to get out a journal, a notebook or just start with a piece of paper and I want you to answer this question… What junk are you still holding onto from yesterday that is preventing you from reaching for something new! So moms, my challenge to you this week and really this month, is get to it! Get in that closet and start decluttering. Remove all the things that do not spark that joy in you, all those things that bring a negative thought or memory in your head. Get rid of all the things that make you feel less than the amazing mom and person you are! Let go of all that is no longer serving you and start paving that way for greater clarity, efficiency and personal growth. So go ahead, tackle that closet, and watch how it positively impacts your life as a busy working mom!
