  • Phantom Electric Ghost Interviews Monica Kaufman: Financial Professional

    Building Financial defenses first.....

Money is a set of tools in your hands: what you do with those tools is a reflection of what is inside of you.

As a financial professional, I’ve seen that financial freedom isn’t just about income—it’s about transitioning from simply earning to truly building wealth. Achieving this freedom takes more than knowledge: it requires empowerment to make and sustain meaningful changes.

I've been doing this for a lot of years at some of the biggest financial firms: I joined Harmony to build a program that returns the power back to your hands.

I am a mom of 2 adult sons and two rescue dogs.

  • Phantom Electric Ghost Podcast With Stephanie Telibasa: Practice Owner NYC | Business Coach

Stephanie Telibasa, PT, DPT, owner of House of Physical Therapy in NYC, co-founder of The Billing House, and founder of The Planning PT.

With a background in both Biology and Psychology, I have a strong appreciation for the mind-body relationship. Prior to treating my first patient as a licensed physical therapist, I had already amassed 11 years in the field as an aide, front desk supervisor, and billing coordinator. Building on this experience, I advanced from new grad therapist to clinic director to partner to opening my own clinic in two short years. During this time, I invested in marketing, business, and sales courses outside the healthcare field and gained a deep understanding of business organization, sales behavior, and team leadership.

At House of Physical Therapy we treat people who use exercise as stress relief. We are well known in the community with over 300 positive online reviews and participate in mentorship programs such as City Tutors helping students apply to healthcare programs. Since 2019 I have been a hands off owner - hiring, managing, and growing the practice from my home in Florida. Over the last few years I have supported 30 practice owners across 13 states. Both insurance and cash based clinics have used my system to grow one to one patient care models.

  • Phantom Electric Ghost With Teri M Brown: Author of Daughters of Green Mountain Gap, An Enemy Like Me

    On being an author

Born in Athens, Greece as an Air Force brat, Teri M Brown came into this world with an imagination full of stories to tell. She now calls the North Carolina coast home, and the peaceful nature of the sea has been a great source of inspiration for her creativity.

Not letting 2020 get the best of her, Teri chose to go on an adventure that changed her outlook on life. She and her husband, Bruce, rode a tandem bicycle across the United States from Astoria, Oregon to Washington DC, successfully raising money for Toys for Tots. She learned she is stronger than she realized and capable of anything she sets her mind to.

Teri graduated from UNC Greensboro with a multitude of degrees – majors in Elementary Education and Psychology and minors in Math and Sociology – she just couldn’t settle on one thing! While homeschooling her four children, she began her writing career by focusing on small businesses, writing articles, blog posts, and website content.

During this time, Teri published five nonfiction self-help books dealing with real estate and finance, receiving "First Runner Up" in the Eric Hoffman Book Awards for 301 Simple Things You Can Do To Sell Your Home Now, finalist in the USA Best Books Awards for How To Open and Operate a Financially Successful Redesign, Redecorate, and Real Estate Staging Business and for 301 Simple Things You Can Do To Sell Your Home Now, and Honorable Mention in Foreword Magazine’s Book of the Year Award for Private Mortgage Investing.

In 2017, after finally getting out of an emotionally abusive 14-year marriage, Teri began dabbling in fiction, a lifelong dream. Upon winning the First Annual Anita Bloom Ornoff Award for Inspirational Short Story for a piece about her grandfather, she began writing in earnest, and published her debut novel in 2022, Sunflowers Beneath the Snow, a historical fiction set in Ukraine. Her second novel published in 2023, An Enemy Like Me, takes place during WWII. Her latest novel, Daughters of Green Mountain Gap, a generational story about Appalachian healers came out in January 2024. In June 2024, her short story, The Youngest Lighthouse Keeper, came out in the anthology Feisty Deeds: Historical Fictions of Daring Women. Her latest book, 10 Little Rules for a Double-Butted Adventure, is an inspirational look at the life lessons she learned riding across the United States on a tandem bicycle and will be published in February 2025.

Teri is a wife, mother, grandmother, and author who loves word games, reading, bumming on the beach, taking photos, singing in the shower, hunting for bargains, ballroom dancing, playing bridge, and mentoring others – especially youth and women who are having trouble discovering their worth. • Phantom Electric Ghost Podcast With Ray Hartjen: Writer, Musician & Cancer Patient Advocate

    Positive and Growth Mindsets

Ray Hartjen is a writer and musician who lives in Mission Viejo, California.

In a professional career that has spanned parts of five decades, Ray has pivoted on many occasions, from investment banking to pharmaceuticals, from consumer electronics to SaaS software. One constant throughout his career path, however, has been storytelling.

In the past, Ray has been a frequent source for quotes from the national media on both the consumer electronics and retail industries. Additionally, as a contributor to a number of online outlets and platforms, including his rayhartjen.com site, he has spun his fair share of yarn on topics as far ranging as sports — primarily football, hockey and auto racing — and business, particularly revenue team functions like sales and marketing. Ray’s previous work includes being the coauthor of Immaculate: How the Steelers Saved Pittsburgh (December 2022) and the author of Me, Myself & My Multiple Myeloma (May 2024), both published by Morgan James Publishing and available at all major booksellers. His third book, The Indy 500: A Year-Long Quest to Win the Greatest Spectacle in Racing, will drop at booksellers on May 6, 2025.

Diagnosed with multiple myeloma in March of 2019, Ray is a cancer fighter every day of the week that ends in a ‘y.’ And, with the soundtrack of life playing continuously in his head, Ray also performs and records with his two-piece acoustic band, the Chronic Padres.

A native of Texas, Ray holds an undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University and an MBA from the University of Washington.

  • Phantom Electric Ghost Interviews Bonnie Garvin: Award-Winning Writer, Playwright and Author

How To Make Your Worst Experiences Your Best Stories

I can turn you into a writer in six weeks. It's easy because you're already a writer. You've been writing since grade school. And talking, which means you can write dialogue, too! I've taught screenwriting for nearly two decades at America's most prominent film school, the University of Southern California. As an award-winning writer, playwright and author, I've worked and taught in the U.S. and Europe. I've also created a storytelling game currently being developed by a notable production entity. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I wanted to give adults stuck at home - like me - something creative and fun to do, whether alone or with family. The last thing I wanted to do was "teach" writing. Most professional adults don't need a writing class. They know how to write but lack the confidence to do it. I hoped to unlock people's creativity in an unexpected and fun way. Using films and books as inspiration, the class meets on Zoom once a week for six weeks to explore different aspects of their creative voice. Because the class is limited to six people, it enables an intimate and emotionally safe environment between total strangers. The six-week class draws from every possible profession, from a UN Aid worker in Iraq to a prominent British actress.

No writers have taken the class; however, many people who've taken the class have become writers. One recent example is Alicky Sussman, who I call the Storytelling Lab "poster child." She just authored a graphic novel on grief, having never seen a graphic novel before Storytelling Lab. The Sunday Times of London recently excerpted some of her story and graphics. And she's just one of many examples. We're capable of doing so much more than they think. I'm living proof. I love sharing my origin story and my 30 years of expe we ex rience in the movie and business to inspire others. As one student said, "It's the most fun you'll ever have on Zoom." We need to reconnect with our natural child. Have fun. Why do it if you're not having fun? Embracing that philosophy allowed me to expand my creativity. I took up painting ten years ago and have been featured in several Los Angeles exhibits. Overcoming my doubt and insecurity has allowed me to live a more emotionally fulfilling life. I want to help others do the same.

When an anesthesiologist says, “This is the most significant medical breakthrough in my lifetime…” and when over 300 Olympic Athletes use the technology in the 2008 Olympics, aren’t you curious as to what it could do for you in addition to making you look and feel younger?
