  • For the last few years I’ve been experimenting with my relationship with alcohol. After almost two years of sobriety I invited alcohol back into my life in a moderated way, but over the spring and early summer of this year it became clear to me: alcohol was not serving my body. 

    I’m now four weeks alcohol-free. In today’s episode I’ll share my real time experience of giving up alcohol a second time. I share why I made this decision, what I’ve noticed about my body and mind since I stopped drinking again, and some troubling science about alcohol’s effects on us.
