    Ian is based in New Zealand and has been investing in his local market for almost 20 years and came across opportunities in the US about 3.5 years ago. Initially it was about getting involved in investing in the US but quickly became about forging deep long term relationships with like-minded people - particularly but not limited to those in the MIH Mastermind that Hadar Orkibi and Marco Barbaro set up.     In 1996, Marco graduated from Fairfield University and turned down a job with GE Capital to go into the restaurant business with his brother Gino. At the age of 23, he bought his first multifamily property, a 4-family, in New York.

    In 2013, he began investing with his brother & Jake in Knoxville Tennessee, where they purchased their first twenty-five unit deal. Since then, he has partnered with Jake & Gino and on his own on over 3700 units, and has witnessed and participated in the growth of the company.
