Executive, Leadership, Career Coach Ben Ritter joins Brad for the podcast. He's a very cool, very smart guy and the conversation was wonderful.
One of the many things he said was that they way he helps his coaching clients TOTALLY depends on the client.
What we all need…. Depends. It changes from person to person. Ben, as a coach, finds out what his individual clients believe and need, and then he helps them get to that place based on what is important to them.
This part of the podcast alone is worth the listen. Ben is rock star in his field.
Thanks Ben. It was a treat.

Mark J. Lindquist is a civilian — and a Vet — who is working in the Ukraine getting supplies to the people who need them most. Were talking about life saving stuff like hospital grade medical supplies for the front lines. He's an amazing guy with some amazing storyies...you're going to love this podcast.
This audio was imperfect...it was a function of a last minute meet up. It's not great but Mark's stories make up for the audio quality.
