Race horse, cart horse, or lead pony, we all have value. No matter what kind of horse you are, or your current location on the fitness journey, the BOLT coaches recognize your value to the STORM! But you gotta do your part too, we can't make you drink the water, we can't do the work for you! Finally, this sometimes get lost in the CrossFit affiliate world or world at large...just because you are fast at fitness or a great athlete does not necessarily make you a value to the STORM!
