Hey girl,
Thank you for being here for this episode. In this episode, I share what happened to me in November/December 2022, when I got really sick. Even through the hard times, I keep trusting God. Don't think that I haven't had moments of doubt or panic, I am human, but overall, I am trusting God that He has healed me. My purpose for sharing this experience is to help others who are going through a similar situation not feel so alone. We all go through very hard times but the times we highlight the most are the good times. I think we should show more of our vulnerable times because it shows how human we all are.
P.S. I am not a doctor, or healthcare provider, or work in the health industry. I am only sharing MY experience.

Hey girl, thank you for being here. In this episode, I have a great conversation with my friend Krysta Amos about the stereotypes, challenges, and everything in between on being a stepmom. Krysta has been in her preteen stepdaughter's life for about 4 or 5 years. She met her when she and her husband were dating over 4 years ago. I have been in my preteen stepdaughter's life since she was about 9 months old. We talk about our similar but very different journeys. The challenges in raising our stepdaughters in two different homes, with different rules and different cultures. The consistency and adjusting that happens when raising step kids. Lastly, we also speak about the stereotypes and our advice for anyone who is dating someone with kids. I hope you enjoy our conversation.
