Appealing to everyone at once is a skill exactly 0 people have mastered.
But when we take the entrepreneurship plunge, our brains sometimes trick us into thinking that having broad appeal is the safest way to do marketing.
Unfortunately, the more we try to target our messaging to everyone, the less our ideal customers realize that we’re talking to them and that they are, in fact, our ideal customers.
So, we have to trust that narrowing it down is the right move.
