I absolutely LOVE when a listener reaches out to me with a guest idea. It's such a great way to connect with incredible human beings like Tom Turcich. So, special shout out to my pals Danielle & Jake for thinking of the show when you found out that Tom would be in town on his book tour. I appreciate you both SO much!
Speaking of Tom's book, it's an absolute MUST READ. He's the tenth person to walk the world, and his dog Savannah was the first canine to accomplish that impressive feat.
Tom is wise and observant beyond his years, and I walked away with so much from crossing his path.
Thank you Tom, and Keep Moving!

There are so many people/businesses doing incredible things in Columbus, OH, and Freedom a la Cart is one of them.
Freedom a la Cart empowers survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation to build lives of freedom and self-sufficiency. They've created a safe place of restoration where survivors can heal, learn and grow as they prepare for sustainable employment and reintegrate into our community.
Vanessa P is a survivor who has climbed a steep mountain to get where she is today. Her story is one of resilience, bravery and strength and I hope it inspires someone out there today.
If you haven't stopped into the cafe yet, PLEASE put it on your to-do list. It's right downtown at 123 E. Spring St. and it's such a quaint vibe with a light and airy undertone. I LOVE it!
Please go to https://freedomalacart.org to learn more about their cafe and catering.

Bobby Carpenter was a linebacker for Ohio State from 02-05 and went on to play in the NFL where he played for seven seasons. Apparently, this is a really long time to play in the NFL, or so my husband tells me.
In this episode, we talked about a sh*t load of things including his parents, his wife, the election, and raising tough kids, to name a few.
Bobby was a great sport and I had a blast interviewing him. He PROMISED to get Jim Tressel on my show and he’s also agreed to doing the first beer mile interview on The Keri Croft Show. So basically we’re friends now. -

It’s 🦴🔥KRAYZIE BONE🔥🦴 ya’ll!
I remember vividly when I heard Bone Thugs n Harmony for the first time. It was unlike anything I’d ever heard, and their rapid fire raps melded with the harmonies had me at Mr Ouija.
The come-up story of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is the ultimate hip hop “rags to riches” tale, and their struggles, triumphs, and relentless drive to make sugar out of shit never gets old to me.
Beneath the beats and rhymes is a simple truth about life: no matter where you start, if you’re willing to fight for it, you can carve out your own path.
That’s the heart of hip hop—and that’s the heart of Bone.
I really hope you enjoy this episode.
THANK YOU, Krayzie! Much love to you and the entire BONE family. 🦴🔥 -

I found Mark Ritz through my friend, Wayne Lewis. He sent me a tweet that Mark posted at the beginning of the traumatic government shutdown that Carnivore Snax went through earlier this year. Thanks to the leadership of Mark and his team, as well as the loyalty of the Carnivore Snax community, they were able to navigate those rough waters only to come back stronger than ever.
I was drawn to Mark the minute I called to ask if he'd be on the show. He was like an old friend. No pretenses, sharp, humble, and hungry--he's a really cool person.
In this episode, we talk about his time at Costco and how it light a fire in him to follow his intuition to start something. We talk gambling, making bombs, 1.8 GPA's, meat, and Joe Rogan.
If you haven't tried Carnivore Snax yet, I highly recommend you try it.

We're back, ya'll!
I'm so excited to start SZN 3 with this little firecracker. Her name is Lindsay Fork. She's a mom, wife, successful business owner, and she recently won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
It took me about ten seconds to figure out that Lindsay doesn't half ass anything. It's obvious when you meet her and when you step foot into one of her stores. As the founder & CEO of Luxe Brands (La Jeune Marie, Luxe Redux, and The Ohio Bridal Outlet) she leaves no detail undone, and I'm certain it's a contributing factor to her success.
In this episode, we talk about her family, business, psychedelics, functional medicine, and so much more. There's a lot packed into this episode and I hope you enjoy her as much as I did! -

John Ondrasik is the songwriter and performer known as the platinum-selling, Grammy-nominated, Five For Fighting. In the two decades since his first major single, “Superman (It’s Not Easy),” went viral, he's both evolved and come back around full circle.
He's written major hits, including the chart-topping “100 Years,” “The Riddle,” “Chances,” “World,” and “Easy Tonight,” which have earned over one billion streams and place him as a top-10 Hot Adult Contemporary artist for the 2000s.
Five For Fighting’s music has also been featured in more than 350 films, television shows, and commercials, including the Oscar-winning The Blind Side, Hawaii Five-O, The Sopranos and the CBS drama, Code Black.
I truly enjoyed getting to know John, and I was struck by his good, down to earth nature. Plus, you can find him on Linkedin which I LOVE.
Thanks for taking the time, John! -

There's nothing I love more than someone who turns their pain into purpose, and that's exactly what Mike & Megan Scherer did.
After Mike was diagnosed and treated for testicular cancer, he and Megan started trying for a family. When it didn't come easy for them and they entered the world of fertility treatments, an idea was born.
They started Worth the Wait to financially assist cancer patients/survivors who are going through fertility treatments.
I love everything about this couple and their mission, and I hope you'll tell everyone you know about Worth the Wait.
Thank you Mike & Megan! Keep doing great things out there.
