After Following Florencia Aguilar for a couple of year on LinkedIn, i thought it was finally time to invite as a guest.
I saw that she was organizing a training for translators with a few friends and it seemed to be the perfect opportunity to get to know her/him better.
This is the conversation I had with these two fascinating people, Florencia Aguilar and Sarah Reinmann Oliveira, about the work they do in Translation and how their work has an impact in society. They deeply believe in collaboration to find the most accurate and fair terminology and ways of expression to address situations that involve gender-related matters.
I learned a lot from this episode and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Community is the key word!

Rachel went way back in time and told me about her very original upbringing and what inspired her to start her company with a friend in 2002.

Gyokhan Hamdi in his own words:
“I'm an ambitious languages and technology enthusiast who has found his way into the entrepreneurial world after over five years of experience in the translation and localization industry.
I've worked as a freelance translator and project manager. I've ultimately decided to combine the industry knowledge I've acquired over the years with my passion for languages and my multicultural background.
It all materialized in my translation company called Transleet, where we work daily with tens of experienced native language specialists to deliver human-quality language services and where we put humans first, and value relationships.
My cultural background and my studies have allowed me to develop a great feeling for languages in general and learn five languages proficiently.
I now speak English, French, Dutch, Bulgarian and Turkish.”
