Harry Truman is the president who sealed the deal of the executive branch becoming an American monarchy. Besides murdering civilians with the worst weapons the world had ever seen, he finished what Lincoln, Wilson, and FDR started. Truman gave many future presidents like Bush, LBJ, Reagan, Bush, Obama, and most others before them, the right to subvert the will of the American people.
