This week Ian takes a look at a phenomnom known as Unidentified Submerged Objects, or UFOs of the ocean.
Back in the day we hosted an episode with Paranormal Misfits in which we spoke to Leslie and Stephen Shaw about there theories of inner terestrials. That leads nicely into the reports of USO's that will go from air to water from the US Navy and others.
For years there have been reports of these ships going in and out of the ocean, and even reports of subs being followed while submerged.
What is going on down there?

This week was supposed to happen a few weeks ago but we had the guest so she got pushed back a couple weeks.
We look at the legend of the Deer Woman, a figure that has been terrifying generations of indigenous people. She is know to take on the form of a deer, or at least some part of it, as she goes out hunting victims.
But her victims are not great to begin with as many of her legends begin with her rape and murder so many of her "victims" are men who are up to no good anyways.

Ian has quite an interesting tale for us this week as he takes us through some reports of sightings of a creature that people have claimed has the body of a man but the head of a dog or wolf.
Ian had started his research with the dog man of Michigan, but it did not take long before he found accounts of similar creatures from across the globe. Including the Cajun legend of the Rougarou.

With restaurants and branches in several countries across the globe, Twelve Tribes is still a very active cult, with two busses and a ship that allow them to travel around the country recruiting for their cult.

This week we take a look at aa band that some people call a cult, some people call satanist, but in reality no one knew what was going on behind closed doors.
When the ban was founded in the 1980's it started out as a love of the genre, Black Metal. But over the years there were rumors of black magic and satan worship, and two reported deaths within the band.

This week we are headed back over to the EBCI rez to look at one of their most frightening legends.
During a recent ghost hunt on the rez we learned about one of their shows called The Raven Mocker Screams Haunted House. This is based off of their legend of the Raven Mocker.
The Raven Mocker, or Night Goer as they are known in cherokee, are evil spirits or creatures with one goal in mind, eating the hearts of those who are sick or dying to extend their own lives.
And should their body begin to fall apart, they have a solution for that as well.

This week Ian takes us to New England to look at a creature that is rarely spotted but has left those who have seen it feeling very uncomfortable.
People have reported seeing a strange creature that never really approaches anyone, but still gives them a fright. With a big head, large eyes, and no mouth or nose, it has been mistaken for a person, and an animal. We will probably never know.

Hey friends! We are glad to be back in the studio this week for a special update episode.
As everyone knows we were in the direct path of Hurricane Helene. From 9/25 till 9/27 our region was, quite literally, drowned with over 40 inched of rain.
In the wake of the storm the devastation has been overwhelming, as has the out pouring of for our region.

In December of 1900 three keepers were working on the Isle of Eilean Mor. This light house was set on an isle in the Flannan Isles, off the coast of Scotland. These isles are said to have an energy to them and are seen as sacred by some locals.
Days later when a ship passed the isle it was noted that the light wasn't working. Once people made their way to the island they found the scene of a mystery that is still unsolved 124 years later.

This week we have a fun little treat for yall as Ian covers a couple of ghost towns.
The first one is apptly named Ghost Town In The Sky and is a landmark local to us that has passed hands many times over the years. Since 2002 many people have tried to revive the land mark with little success.
Then we head to New England to look at a town that had a short lived but tragic history. And a curse that may still be alive today.

In 1957 an alien ship allegedly landed in Virginia. The being that came out of the ship supposedly looked like any other human, and he had a message.
Well it was more of a mission, he came to help us not kill each other, and work together for a better earth. But he did not get the support he expected.
Which is ok, according to some, Val is still living in the Pentagon to this day, as his mission is not yet complete.

This week we look at the end of the life of fame occultist Aleister Crowley. This man has been all over the world and his travels have not ended yet. As a matter of fact, if you believe those who think Crowley was a British spy, with the 2nd world war on the horizon, Crowley's travels have just begun.
But so have his troubles. Physical, legal and mental problems began to plague Crowley wherever he goes. From excessive drug use, to being deported from more than one country, the end of Aleister's life was one that was filled with drama, as was his whole life.

This week Ian takes us through a few events that happened through the 1800's. In small towns on the coast of Japan, a boat of sorts was found floating in the Sea.
Inside the boat was a small pale beautiful woman, whom no one could communicate with. Was she a princess, set adrift for some transgression, or an interterrestrial being?
We may never know.

Known as the father of modern occultism Aleister Crowley was a poet scholar, occultist and magician who lived one of the most interesting lives.
Born to extreme Christian parents, Crowley began questioning everything at a young age. He also began doing whatever he wanted after the death of his father, with the inheritance he recieved.

This week Ian takes us through reports of a creature that seems to live in the cold waters of Antarctica. Reports of this creature are few and far between but they are fairly similar.
A large whale/dolphin like creature that much like the narwhal in the Arctic, has a large horn protruding from it's face. While the Narwhals horn is actually a tooth, this is said to be an ivory tusk.
So the question we have is, is this a cryptid, or an undiscovered cousin of the northern Narwhal? With less than 10% of the ocean having been explored, who knows what really lurks out there.

In the 1950's Battersea was a quaint town when one family suddenly came under attack by an unseen force. For years this family was assaulted and tormented by and entity they named Donald, until one day he just left.
This story was made into an 8 part podcast named The Battersea Poltergeist that we recommend you listen to after this episode if you would like a more in depth look into the case, and to hear it from one of the survivors herself.

This week Ian gives us a walk through the life of famed author and poet Conrad Aiken, whom we had an experience with during our vacation.
While taking a stroll through Bonaventure Cemetery the day we came home we all felt the need to take a rest. And we felt called to do so on Mr. Aikens tombstone, which was built as a bench. It can be seen on our instagram channel in a reel from our trip.
Conrad lives a long life filled with tragedy, love, and great works of poetry, and in the end all he wanted was for people to " Spread My Love To The World" as it states on this stone.
