With four hours to go until the end of his shift, things are really starting to get serious now for bomb disposal technician Simon Teller. Desperate for a bomb, any bomb, to defuse so that he can beat the department record, Teller's obsession begins to threaten his working relationship with his colleagues, and also possibly his situational judgment. Episode 1

Most people hate working on New Years' Eve. Not Simon Teller. With six hours to go until the end of his shift and only three more jobs to go until he beats a coveted departmental record, he's only just starting to have a great time - and really annoy his coworkers. But when a situation arises that threatens to dampen Teller's mood, he'll have to decide whether he needs to change his approach, or whether he can continue cruising and still get through the night unscathed.
