强调原型食材,非必要不用补剂,真食材,才能好身材
几年间我接触了数不清的网友,深知大家的痛点:
1,如何选对食材,科学减脂(识别营销陷阱);
2,如何改善亚健康,不“滥用”补剂(补剂不可替代真食材);
3,如何逐渐养成良好的饮食习惯和心态,不受环境左右(知识武装大脑);
4,哪里有干净纯粹的营养性生酮群体(正能量满满,事半功倍)。
生酮饮食和轻断食在国外已有近百年的发展史,最初用来控制癫痫,后来用来控制和逆转许多代谢和精神方面的问题,近年来相关报道和研究有许多,国内尚处萌芽阶段。
虽然还备受争议,我相信会有许多先行者来选择这条路的。
