Since then he has worked his way up through the coaching roles in the country, before landing the biggest bowling coaching job going at the moment.

Tom played all his life for Derbyshire, before one fateful day when a car crash caused him to lose his career and the life of his father. Since then he has reinvented himself in business and has gone from strength to strength.

He played over 140 games for South Australia, Queensland and Lancashire, plus many more for Italy before retiring from the pro game in 2001. He has gone on to have a successful career in coaching plus playing to 1000s of people up and down the country in many bands. So join me as I welcome Joe Scuderi Back to the Pavilion.

Charlie made appearances for both Warwickshire and Worcestershire before being released and him finding a career in professional rugby, before moving onto recruitment and then finding his passion in career development and transition. He now works for the PCA as a Personal Development Manager, helping cricketers to progress in their lives and careers.

He represented Leicestershire and Northants as a fast bowler before a back injury ended his career. He made one T20 appearance at a rainy Trent Bridge in a match against Nottinghamshire, but is was the final of the Blast competition and he took a screamer of a catch in it too. Since then he has gone on to forge a successful career in media and marketing and has kept his love for the game. Join me as I welcome former Somerset, Unicorns and Derbyshire All Rounder Wes Durston Back to the Pavilion. His career spanned 350 matches, over 10,000 runs and over 230 wickets and trophies wherever he went. Since then he has coached at all levels from schools to elite level, has become an author and also created resources to engage children in sports.

He played for Leicestershire, Glamorgan and Somerset, before leaving the game in 2017, he has returned now to his native Australia where he has coached at many levels from school to elite and also has his own business interests and is involved in promoting community projects through sport. Tony Cottey played for two counties winning County Championships with both plus one day titles too. He batted with some of the greats of the game and and played in two amazing sides before he retired. Before he did that though he also had a career as a professional footballer. After that however he has lead a varied and successful life in everything he has done, written a book and is now moving into his own business with his partner. He is fascinating and brilliantly funny, I hope you enjoy hearing his story.

Kevin "Deaney" Dean played his entire career for Derbyshire, he played for 15 years taking 581 wickets across all formats but when he was released in 2008 he chose to start his own business, continue his love of horse racing and recently even appeared on an episode of ITV's The Chase.
