After earning All-American honors in the 5k last spring, taking 8th at the 2023 NCAA XC Championships and recently running 15:24 (5k), Scrimgeour has quickly become one of the more challenging distance runners to race against.

Oregon's Maddy Elmore has been one of the biggest and best breakout stars in the NCAA over the last year. After dealing with multiple injuries that nearly caused her to medically retire, Elmore has gone on to have major success, running tremendous personal bests of 4:08 (1500), 4:33 (mile) and 8:50 (3k).

We've got yet another special guest on tap! BYU's Aidan Troutner just became the first-ever runner to go under four minutes in the indoor mile on Utah soil. With a 3:59 mark earning a 3:54 conversion, Troutner (currently) sits atop the NCAA mile leaderboard.
