In this episode, we dug really deep into Chef Barbode’s inspirational journey of how he gained clarity behind his passion and persisted in the face of setbacks. Having packed up his life without a job, interned at The French Laundry and ultimately becoming the Chef De Cuisine at Alo, Barbode emphasized that being in your comfort zone is a dangerous place to be. Barbode offered advice for those displaced by COVID and reminded us that nothing beats being a good person.
