From the shock of my first pregnancy to the absolute chaos of raising two kids, this episode is for anyone who’s ever felt unprepared, overwhelmed, or just really, really tired. Let’s talk about the messy, beautiful, and downright ridiculous side of motherhood.

This week’s episode of Eating My Feelings is a big one. It's the final recap of my experience on Netflix with a few more nuggets of stories thrown in.
I’m taking you behind the scenes of Crazy Delicious—what it was really like filming a cooking show while secretly 12 weeks pregnant, why I almost quit (twice), and how a single rice cooker accidentally made me Taiwan’s Light (台灣之光). Also, yes, I did make a disgusted face at a Michelin-starred chef. No regrets.
But that’s not all. I also open up a bit more on losing my love for cooking. After nearly 20 years of building my life around cooking for someone, I found myself completely uninspired in the kitchen. It wasn’t until I was invited to cook at the Taiwanese Ambassador’s residence that I finally felt that spark again.
So yeah. This one’s personal. Hope you like it! -

From burnt brownies to Netflix—this week, I’m continuing the story of how I went from my little kitchen in north London to the next chapter of my cooking journey. How did I go from making inedible cookies to competing on Crazy Delicious? It all started with a small Taiwanese bento box operation, a supper club with way too many dishes on the menu, and an Instagram DM I thought was a scam. 🤦🏻♀️
In this episode, I dive into:
💃 That one time I was a professional flower girl… at a wedding with strippers?!
🔥 Hosting my first-ever supper club
🍱 How cooking for strangers led to unexpected opportunities🍜 The behind-the-scenes madness of prepping dishes on the audition
📺 The moment I almost quit Crazy Delicious before it even beganThis journey has been full of surprises, lessons, and plenty of kitchen disasters.

In this episode of Eating My Feelings, I share the bittersweet (and sometimes downright bizarre) lessons I’ve learned from dating in 2024. From unexpected breakups to hilarious encounters with psychics and a python enthusiast, it’s been a year full of wins, woes, and a whole lot of reflection.
I’ll take you through the heartbreaks that led me to a comforting bowl of Marugame Udon, the awkward first dates that taught me resilience, and the realizations that have helped me grow into someone who knows her worth.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to laugh through the chaos, cry over noodles, and find strength in self-love, this episode is for you. Plus, I’d love to hear your own wild dating stories—DM me at @tiffcooksalot on Instagram or email me at [email protected].
Pull up a seat, grab a comforting snack, and let’s dig in.

In my very first episode, I’m reflecting on 2024—the wins, the heartbreaks, and the moments that kept me going.
From hosting pop-ups in Paris to meeting Boris Johnson’s dad, it’s been a whirlwind of growth. But there were also low points, and sometimes the cure was as simple as hot pot, cocktails, and churros with a good friend.
Let’s look back, laugh a little, and figure out what comes next together.
