Dr. Carmen Sclafani is a Rutgers Baseball Alum as well as a recent of Columbia University where he earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Nooch - as he is affectionately known grew up as a football and baseball player in Toms River before ultimately
deciding to accept a college baseball scholarship at Rutgers University. Always an excellent student, Sclafani now works as a resident PT in Philadelphia spending time with the Temple football program as well as the Phillies and 76ers. He has spent time working with the Cincinnati
Reds and a host of other mentors, facilities, and programs. This conversation features insight into time management

Mike Garlatti is a true baseball lifer. His resume is as impressive as it gets: Scout for the Colorado Rockies, Owner of the Baseball Warehouse, Founder of the Teamwork Unlimited Foundation and Autism Awareness Challenge baseball tournament, former Rutgers Baseball coach. Garlatti spent his playing days at Highland Park High School (NJ) before playing in college at the University of Tampa and Ramapo College. The 2023 American Baseball Coaches Association convention was held in Nashville, Tennessee from January 5 - January 8. Over 8,000 coaches from around the world were in attendance and an incredible line up of speakers presented on a multitude of topics related to our game there. Tom Faggioni is a Senior Catcher/Outfielder at Alvernia University. He is a graduate of St. Joe’s Metuchen High School and a Baseball Warehouse alum. Brandon Bielak is a Right Handed Pitcher and reigning World Series champion for the Houston Astros. He is a St. Joe’s Metuchen and Notre Dame graduate as well as a Baseball Warehouse and Warehouse Strength alum. Bielak discusses the transitions from the high school to college, then college to pro levels. Chich Petrillo is an Outfielder for the Goldey-Beacom Baseball team. Petrillo grew up in North Brunswick, NJ and played his travel ball with the Baseball Warehouse. After high school Petrillo enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, he then went on to play at Middlesex College before landing at Goldey-Beacom. Hondo Diaz is a coach at the Baseball Warehouse: a baseball academy in Highland Park, NJ. He works with hitters, infielders, and catchers while also coaching the organization’s 2024 travel team. Hondo played and graduated from both Old Bridge High School and Southern New Hampshire University. He was a captain of both his high school and college teams, hit over .300 for his career at both levels, and garnered All-Conference honors at both the high school and collegiate level. Joe Papeo is a Rider Baseball alumnus and currently a travel coach and baseball instructor at the Baseball Warehouse. As a LHP at Rider University, Papeo was a staple in the Broncs weekend rotation. Brian Fitzpatrick is a LHP in the Milwaukee Brewers organization. “Fitz” was drafted in the 10th Round (Pick 312) of the 2022 MLB Draft. Hailing from Port Jefferson, Long Island, New York, he is a Rutgers Baseball alum who served as both the team’s closer and Friday starter during his tenure On the Banks. Danny Reardon is the brother of host Eric Reardon. He is currently a 5th year Graduate Student pitcher at Rutgers University - Newark and a captain on the baseball team there. While playing, Danny is pursuing his Master‘s degree in Psychology and working full time in Asset Protection at global retail giant WalMart. Danny played his high school baseball at North Brunswick Township HS and his travel ball with the Baseball Warehouse, both in NJ. He returned to the Baseball Warehouse this summer to coach his first season with the 2027 team. That, and much more, in this episode of GGWB.

Host Eric Reardon introduces himself while giving some background on his baseball journey thus far. Insight into the recruiting process, high school travel ball, college baseball, college summer ball, with some baseball philosophy mixed in throughout. Eric is currently the pitching coach at Rutgers University - Newark and a coach at the Baseball Warehouse in Middlesex County, NJ. He played his HS baseball at North Brunswick Township High School where he was 2015 GMC Conference Player of the Year. Reardon then went on to play B1G baseball at Rutgers University where he was a captain for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. He is 6th all time in appearance for the Scarlet Knights having pitched 99.0 innings over 77 appearances.
