This episode lives up to its title as Landon and Michael learn more about Mako and Bolin, understand more of the criminal underground in the city, the threat of the equalists, Amon himself, and his ability to take away a person's bending. Plus an official introduction to Nagga and Pabu, which leads to an answer to a very important question.

On their second episode rewatch of Legend of Korra, Landon and Michael discuss the new sport known as pro bending, Korra's struggle with Air Nomad training, and the introduction of Mako and Bolin as members of the Korra Corral. This episode spends some time setting up an exciting story for this season that will involve a good deal of pro bending. So always remember: bob and weave, weave and bob!

Its time for another meeting of the INSAB Book Club! For this episode Landon and Michael review the The Search graphic novel in detail, while probably also pronouncing some names wrong, (its mostly fine). They discuss the origins of Ursa entering the Fire Nation, her time as Ozai's wife, her reason for leaving, and Zuko's journey to find the truth. Michael is also surprised to see the level of Azula's mental brecks and Landon points out why Ozai smiling and being calm is a bad thing (poor Zuko). Now remember, your face took alot of work to be that unique, so appreciate it and enjoy the episode.

Welcome to the first episode of INSAB Book Club! In this episode, Landon and Michael discuss the graphic novel continuation of Avatar. They find the book to be perfectly in tune with the style of the show. Topics for this episode include the changing world order after the defeat of Fire Lord Ozai, the newfound responsibilities of Aang and the gang as they try to maintain balance, Aang and Katara's relationship, and Toph's stint as a teacher of metalbending, which she only recently discovered. We hope you enjoy this episode. If not, then maybe you have a splinter lodged in your soul. You might want to get that checked.

We interrupt your program once more to bring you a special bulletin. Thats right! It's a compilation of all of Michael's theories (evidence) about the Cabbage Salesman through the Last Air Bender. No one could've imagined it would go so far down the rabaroo hole, (but it did) and it might not even be over.

It's finally time for Landon & Michael to discuss the insult that was The Last Air Bender. They break down why this movie is so bad, from pointless changes, to bad writing & everything in-between. Landon brings up simple ideas that could've saved such a project, while Michael finds a way to compare this movie to John Wick. One finale note, they ask that you don't watch this movie but you should listen to this episode.

It's the end of a journey for Landon, Michael, & Team Avatar as the series ends in a satisfying conclusion. Discussions revolve around the beautiful artwork of the episode, why Ozai thought he could take on the Avatar, Katara outsmarting Azula, Aang choosing not to kill Ozai, and the secrets of energybending. But, you'll have to forgive us for not mentioning Chong could perform at the first Woodstock, we just forgot about him for a second. OK?....OK.

Thank you to all those who joined us on this journey to make a podcast and talk about one of the best shows ever. -
In the penultimate episode, Landon and Michael find themselves witnessing the endgame of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and it looks fantastic. Major topics for this episode include Iroh's liberation of Ba Sing Se, Toph's Iron Suit, and Zuko and Aang's life changing duels. Everything is winding up for an explosive finale, and Michael and Landon cannot wait to discuss it. Also, Michael manages to sneak in references to Breaking Bad, Malcolm in the Middle, St. Elsewhere, and two different Bob Newhart shows. It was quite impressive.

Landon and Michael review what it means for Aang to not exist and how it could make sense. Then they debate the words of wisdom from the previous Avatars and break down the Lion Turtle's nonsense. Other topics include the team finding the White Lotus Society, separating their forces, and Zuko being reluctant to take the thrown.

Landon and Michael have finally arrived at the conclusion of Avatar. Topics for this episode include Aang's reluctance to kill the Fire Lord, the appearance of a giant turtle, Momo's demise, and the Fire Lord declaring himself the Phoenix King. The big takeaway from this episode is that everyone is against Aang when it comes to killing the Fire Lord. He is a sane man in an ocean of madness. Also, someone should probably give Azula a hug. Gently, of course.

On this episode Landon and Michael review team Avatar going to watch a 5 hour play. Realistic theater effects lead to an entertaining yet inaccurate 12 hour show. Discussion revolves around Zuko reviewing his mistakes, Aang confronting his feelings for Katara, and Michael holds his judgment of everyone watching an 18 hour play. Ultimately though, it's all just evidence to support the Cabbage Salesman conspiracy.

Heading towards the finale, Landon and Michael are finally given answers as to what happened to Sokka and Katara's mother. Topics for this episode include Zuko's lack of social awareness, Katara's brush to the dark side, and how pathetic Yon Rha is. Also on the discussion table is why do Suki and Sokka feel the need to hide their relationship. Like, come on...everyone knows.

Landon and Michael experience the first real avatar movie with this exciting 2 part episode. Just when you think it's gonna zig,... it twists. (See what I did there?) Talking points include Sokkas planning, Zukos training, all those wrenches in the plan, and turning points for the war. Now enjoy this episode, but try saying Sokka, Zuko, and Suki five times in a row and you'll appreciate the difficulties Landon and Michael had recording this one.

In this episode, Landon and Michael discuss Zuko and Aang's journey, the Sun Warriors' technological advances, and how the ultimate chill test is a dance off with a dragon. But there is still one question left: How do they keep that eternal flame burning?
-
Zuko comes full circle and finally jones team Avatar but leaves Michael to wonder if Zuko even knows Aang's name. Then Landon is surprised on what Aang and Zuko actually bond over. However the coolest thing in this episode is Sokka's take down of Winston.

It's all out war as Landon and Michael discuss the raid on the Fire Nation in detail. From new vehicles to old friends, this was the perfect plan, but might be a good thing that team Avatar lost. Then Zuko's character arc comes to fruition, and a debate on when exactly did Iroh escape. However, the important thing is we remember how Bloodbending works after a brief mental laps and determine spirits are choosy.
