Alexis Downie, host of the third annual Anaheim Ducks Women in Sports Night panel, was joined on stage by a star-studded cast of powerful and inspiring women in sports following an inspiring message from Sarah Bettencourt (Retired USMC Captain and three-time Sled Hockey World Champion). Angela Ruggiero (Hockey Hall of Famer and Olympic Gold Medalist), Christine Monjer (Los Angeles Sparks – President), and Aisha Chaney (ESPN – Emmy Award Winning Producer) were the first panel on stage. Later, Alexis is joined by Jessi Miley-Dyer (World Surf League Commissioner), Caroline Marks (2024 Olympic Gold Medalist and 2023 World Surf League Champion) and Natasha Watley (UCLA Hall of Famer and Olympic Gold Medalist).

The panel discuss their career in sports, the sacrifice and leadership behind the scenes to make things happen, and what motivated them to become trailblazers in sports for other females. Later, the panel answered questions from guests in attendance of the event.
