We love having double guests, and it's fair to say these 2 are some very loveable gentleman...!
Brothers and bandmates Oli & Louis Leimbach are Lime Cordiale, the favourite children of the Australian music industry. They've got a new album & a 15th year anniversary book that is in the works, they came fresh from the Spicks and Specks set to chat with us on hallowed ground... RSEA Park, home of the Mighty Saints & our boy Stocks of course.
These guys are supporters. Supporting each other, supporting others in the industry and they said some very lovely things to each other at the end which was just lovely.
Thanks so much to the guys for joining us, thanks to Rhiannon Cook - we bloody love you!
Enjoy!

Our chat today is with the former AFL player and sports psychologist at the Saints (now at the Bombers) Dr. Ben Robbins.
What a conversation! It's really valuable to hear a perspective on Mental Health from someone not only who has worked with incredible people but is himself and amazing bloke.
We dig into his own life and Mental Health journey, his work in and out of sport as a psychologist and a highlight of this is really to see the close relationship between Stocker & the doc! A real mutual respect and caring between them just filled us all up.
Enjoy! MoW. -

Our chat today is with Danny Kennedy. Danny is a fitness trainer and coach, he has built himself a very successful life & business and has helped so many people do the same - from people like us all the way through elite athletes.
Danny goes into what is effectively his belief system in this chat and we really get the chance to see why so many people look to him for guidance and inspiration in achieving their goals. He shows a great understanding of Mental Health and the mind-body connection that we know is so important in being a healthy person. Healthy mind makes a healthy body and vice versa!
We want to say a huge thank you to Danny for joining us and please enjoy this conversation!

Todays chat is with Mr. Matthew Murphy or Murph as he has lovingly been known here in Australia for many years. He is the leader of the enormously successful and incredible band the Wombats and as a part of his side project, Love Fame Tragedy is making even more music if you can believe it!!
Murph is in LA so we joined him via Zoom as a throwback and it was head first into all things Mental Health. He is 19 months into sobriety, a father of 2, working prolifically and doing the work on himself. So open about all of it and we are very grateful for the conversation. Enjoy!
CW: This episode speaks about the devastating issues of gendered violence in Australia and may be triggering for some people to hear. Support services are available and we encourage anyone to speak out when they feel they can't.

Our 1st chat back this week is with Western Bulldogs Adam Treloar, and we love that on the day of it's release we've got cohost Liam Stocker lining up against our guest tonight at Marvel Stadium!!
Adam has lead the atypical life for people at the elite level of footy anf this was an incredibly humbling conversation to say the least. Adam has felt the benefits of sharing his Mental Health struggles in the past and is now such a vocal and proactive leader in this space, we are very proud to have had him along for this episode and we hope you enjoy!

From the outside looking in, Dan has it all. A past career as a professional AFL Footballer, runner-up success on Australia's version of one of the world's most recognisable reality TV shows - Big Brother and an incredibly enviable social media presence, amassing over 9 million followers (yes, 9 million) and over 486 million likes on his TikTok!
However, we learnt very quickly that the other side of Dan is as raw and vulnerable as many of us without his status.
We can't thank Dan enough for joining us and diving in straight away into some stories and experiences that many of us wouldn't know or expect from such an outwardly positive, humorous superstar!
We are really grateful to Dan for joining us on the pod and took so many learnings from this chat. We hope you enjoy and can take as much out of this one as we did.
Big love, MoW. -

Mini number 7. The last one before big life changes, start of AFL seasons so it was nice to find an hour for us to put it in neutral and catch up.
If we haven't recommended this before, then we can't say enough how much it's worth to have conversations like this. Just to put the tools down, focus on a meaningful conversation with people you trust is so valuable.
It's not lost on us how lucky we are to have each other to talk to, we hope that it inspires people to do the same.
Enjoy! MoW.

Continuing our chats with people in the philanthropic world... Aiden Clarke is the founder of Posisocks. They are spreading positivity one pair of socks at a time and not only are we all about the mission, we are also in the socks!
Aiden joined us for a conversation and true to the mission of Posisocks, he brought his honesty and positive self into the studio and oh boy are we grateful for it. Nothing like a fresh pair of socks... Enjoy!

Of the many conversations we had over Zoom during Covid, this was an especially nice one to finally have in person!
Phil and Clemens from Milky Chance we're in Australia as a part of their World Tour and came for a beautiful conversation. The guys are so considerate and have such a special relationship, having been friends and bandmates since they were in high school along with the other members of the band.
They have very positive things to say about Aus, they are all for men feeling ok with these conversations about Mental Health and we appreciate them joining us!

50 MARATHONS in 50 DAYS! Tom Price is a high school teacher from Melbourne running 50 marathons in 50 days to raise money for the Royal Womens Hospital NICU.
We were lucky enough to speak to Tom on day 48 and we saw him over the finish line for his 50th run. A truly unbelievable effort and this conversation is a firm reminder of the good in people. Enjoy!

Belle Smith is a weapon. Keep an eye on her in Paris 2024 because she has been and still is performing at the top of her game in most people's favourite Olympic sport... Diving.
Belle has had a long career and we spent half this episode reading back the list of accolades! World champion Springboard diver representing Australia at the highest level for 15 years... all of this plus the fact that she was an incredible person and just the loveliest chat to have!
She really embodies what we're all about, making Mental Health an easier part of our lives and we are all for it. BIG love to Belle, please enjoy this episode!

1st ep of 2024! Today we are talking to former AFL player Alex Woodward. Alex sat down with Murph and Stocks for a big chat and it was a ripper.
Alex experienced the highs and lows of AFL and even post his playing career he dealt with his share of adversity. His experience as a runner in the AFL Grand Final is a wild story and has been the catalyst for a lot of growth for Alex.
We hope everyone enjoys the chat and big thanks to Alex for joining us. Enjoy!

Mini #5 - this is a chat on the back of some exciting news with a couple of pending Fatherhood updates...!
It was a nice chat to hear each of our perspectives on Fatherhood, it's a wild time with a couple kids on the way for Murph and myself! Stocker, our emotional sherpa, asked us a few big questions and shared his own experience and as always he's got a great perspective.
These are exciting times and we are grateful to have people we can talk about it all to. It's easy to feel isolated in big moments of change, so conversations like these make a big difference. Enjoy!

Our first episode with our newly minted host, is with one of our original guests and just about the most positive guy on the planet!
Mr. Dyson Heppell joins us for this chat and we couldn't be happier. Dyso has this infectious positivity and an incredible outlook. We talk about his life inside and outside of footy and how he is excited for what's to come.
I think this best sums up the chat with something he said... "Life doesn't happen to you, it happens for you"
Enjoy this episode of the pod!

Today's episode is one that we have wanted to have for a while. Murph and I share a lot of our story and this was an opportunity to paint a broader picture and try to distill who we are into a conversation. We were very grateful to be interviewed by recent guest & new friend in Liam Stocker.
Stocks is an incredibly well spoken young man and so passionate about Mental Health, he really made this a comfortable conversation despite the topics being very hard hitting and we love him for it.

Long time coming this chat... Friend of the podcast and cold water enthusiast Mr. Jack Watts joins us for a conversation today!
Jack has an infectious energy and his new podcast, the Overly Excited Podcast is probably a very apt description of the man! He is also the founder of Skwosh with one of our favourite souls Jack Stubby Turner!
Murph gets into the ups and downs of Jack's football career, one that was nearly the most remarked upon of any player in the last decade and not with a lot of understanding and support. He has grown into his true self though and can find some success and happiness where he is now. He's a gem, big thanks to Jack for joining!
We hope you enjoy!
