  • Hey there, Money Baggage listeners! I'm excited to share the latest episode of our podcast, where I had the pleasure of interviewing Gurinder Ahluwalia, lead-director of the Hightower board of directors and Vice-chair of the InspereX board of directors. We discussed how our cultural backgrounds can be a superpower in our careers. Gurinder shared their unique journey, including the story of being singled out for wearing a turban as a child, ultimately shaping who they are today.

Throughout their successful career, Gurinder attributes curiosity, hard work, and a willingness to learn as key factors in their journey. We delved into the importance of investing in oneself and why partnerships can be crucial for personal and professional growth.

We explored advice on pursuing one's passions, being honest about priorities, and how priorities may change with time. At the end of the episode, we encourage listeners to provide their feedback through email or Instagram DMs.
