#EmbarazoSubrogado
En el más reciente episodio del podcast "More Than Mamis", tuvimos el placer de conversar con Lisette Hermida, una mujer realmente inspiradora y madre de dos, uno de los cuales fue concebido a través de la subrogación. Comenzamos el episodio compartiendo las vicisitudes que enfrentó Lisette, que incluyeron una complicada situación de preclampsia y un retorno apresurado de Panamá, donde residía entonces.
Uno de los momentos más emotivos del episodio fue cuando Lisette compartió su experiencia con la maternidad. El proceso de subrogación no fue sencillo. Lisette y su esposo pasaron por un exhaustivo proceso de selección de una gestante subrogada, lo que incluyó consideraciones legales y emocionales complejas. Compartió cómo, durante este tiempo, también tuvo que lidiar con otro embarazo propio, lo que significó que ambas, ella y la subrogada, estuvieran embarazadas simultáneamente.
Este episodio de "More Than Mamis" no solo nos permitió conocer más profundamente a una mujer excepcional, sino también explorar las complejidades emocionales y prácticas de la subrogación, un tema a menudo lleno de malentendidos y juicios. The 2015 data breach, perpetrated by a group calling itself "The Impact Team," was a turning point for Ashley Madison. The hackers demanded the site shut down, citing alleged deceptive practices and the facilitation of infidelity. When the demands weren't met, they released vast amounts of sensitive data, including personal intimate details, emails, and financial transactions. The breach exposed numerous users, leading to public embarrassment, marital problems, and even s u c1d3 of one member.
In the aftermath, Ashley Madison faced numerous lawsuits and had to address accusations of creating fake female profiles to lure male users. Despite these challenges, the site remains operational and has attempted to rebrand itself, focusing on security and privacy improvements while continuing to serve its niche market.

Today on More than Mamis Untold Stories, we'll delve into the gripping tale of Gypsy Rose, a young woman who was a victim of her mother for 24 years. It all began when she was three years old, being falsely diagnosed with sleep apnea, cancer, leukemia, and other illnesses. The one actually suffering from a disorder was DIDI: Munchausen syndrome, where her mother inflicted harm upon her to keep her dependent. At the age of 24, Gypsy managed to escape her situation, ultimately killing her mother with the help of a friend. She served a 9-year prison sentence for second-degree murder and today is an advocate against Munchausen syndrome and a social media celebrity.
