The power of hope in our lives can never be underestimated. People who feel hopeful, see things more expansively, they feel better and radiate a different energy, which has a wonderful impact not only on themselves but everyone around them. Which is why I was so thrilled to have todays guest, Carlie Botham so generously share her story of going from separated, disconnected and stuck in her marriage. To finding hope, emotional freedom and reuniting her family, with you. Carlie's story is one that I hope inspires you all to look in a different direction.

I regularly draw inspiration for my podcast episodes from my what comes up with my private clients, the students in my programs share with me as well as the emails and private messages that people send in to me. In recent times what has been coming up again and again is something that goes to the heart and soul of every relationship in our lives.
The relationship you have with you.
Todays podcast is all about looking in the direction of what it means to be your own best friend, why this matters and things you can reflect upon to nourish this very, very important part of our lives. I hope you find it helpful. -

Todays episode is a very special one. My guest artist Anthony Breslin, shares the incredible story of his amazing, varied and colourful life. From his journey as a world renowned artist, to the discovery that he had blood cancer back in 2014 and the insights that have opened up for him as a part of that journey. You will laugh, hold your breath and I hope be profoundly impacted by the raw truth and wisdom Anthony shares with us.
His take on life, love, who we really are and what's impossible I hope inspires you to see beyond the limitations we all place upon ourselves and in particular LOVE. -
This time of year can be a minefield of should's, have to's, comparing one year to the next and quite often toxic goals loaded with feelings of urgency and inadequacy as though there is something missing, that we HAVE to make this year better than the one before.
What if this isn't required? What if there is a different way?
That doesn't have us so positional, defensive and at loggerheads with the people around us.
In episode 24 , I explain what the difference is between an intention and a goal, why this is so important and I issue you with an invitation to join me in the intention I have set for myself in 2022. -
Separate realities is one of those things that very few people understand and yet it creates havoc in our relationships.
No two people EVER see the world the same way, even if they feel as though they have lots of things in common and are in total agreement around soemthing they are still not seeing and therefore experiencing the same thing.
When a new client works with me or a new student joins my Relatable program, it is a very big aha moment when they begin to see this for themsleves.
The misunderstanding around seprate realities plays out in so many of my new clients and students that I decided to dedicate an episode to helping people to see this more deeply.
As always whatever I share can be applied to any relatiionship. -
I have had a large number of distressed, confused and bewildered men reach out to me recently.
The reason for their distress?
They have found themselves blind sided by their partners deciding to end their marriages or long term relationships.
In fact I have had so many men reach out to me in the exact same situation that I decided to dedicate my latest episode of Relatable to men who may be going through this or know of someone who is.
Brian Bauch and Jamie Kelly are two generous and brave souls who agreed to be guests on the show, in the hope that by sharing their journey they may be able to offer some much needed hope to other men about their future and what's possible for them after their relationships end unexpectedly.
Brian and Jamie are humble, raw and real and it was a privilege to have them share their story on today's episode of Relatable.
If you know a man who needs to hear this please share it with them. -
Most people don't understand how powerful space is and what it allows into our relationships. In fact so misunderstood is this that I decided to dedicate an entire episode to this misunderstood and overlooked relationship superpower.

So many people struggle with addictions with todays fast paced lifestyle. I have dealt with addictions often in my practise and find that it is something still very much misunderstood. For those people in a relationship with someone who has an addiction or if you are the person in the throws of one it can really scary to navigate and extremely taxing on our lives and relationships.
What many people don't understand is that addiction really is an innocent attempt to find wholeness.
In todays episode with guest Joseph Bailey who works in and has specialised in the field of addictions for many years we look at another way of relating to and understanding addiction in our lives and the lives of our loved ones. -
I know when it comes to relationships and programs we are looking for the steps to take, the things to do, the exact actions that create change. But what if I were to tell you that this is like shutting the door after the horse has bolted.
It's what happens BEFORE the action that is the driver of everything, that's rich and powerful and full of potential.
In today's episode of Relatable, I explore what this is, why it is so powerful and how once you see it, life and relationships become infinitely easier and effortless. -
Ever wondered how to access greater levels of happiness, wellbeing and joy?
It's actually much simpler and easier than you think and contrary to what is taught to us from an early age, happiness has nothing to do with what you do or don't have.
In todays episode I explore what finding your own happy looks like with my gorgeous guest Alison Coleman.
Alison's story is real and raw and very Relatable. -
In this episode I talk about the new paradigm of dealing with differences in our relationships.
The traditional approach tends to have people view each other through limits that concepts like values, compatibility and likes and dislikes create. Which has us bogged down with assessing, gauging and judging each other, which is complicated, triggering and an emotional minefield for people.
In episode 17, I share how we can have a deeply profound connection which is simpler easier and more hopeful for us all.
Let's remove the limits and see what else is actually possible. -
Have you ever found yourself worrying or even obsessing about what other people may or may not be thinking about you?
Ever felt unfairly treated by someone else or misunderstood?
Do you find yourself going round and round in your head relieving old conversations?
If you can relate to any of the above, you are going to love the latest episode of my podcast Relatable.
In today's episode I chat with a very special guest, Rebecca D'angelo who shares her story as well some wonderful insights around what she learned that enabled her to step free of the worry about the opinions of others and live a life where she feels empowered and able to stand in her own truth.
I loved this episode and I know you will too. -
We all bring an invisible flavour to our relationships and one of the keys to getting unstuck, creating deeper connection ease and flow with the people in our lives is understanding what flavour you are bringing.
In todays episode I explore what this looks like and the different flavours I have seen in my clients over the years and what's possible for us all. -
In todays episode of Relatable I have a very special guest.
Rebecca Johns was a client of mine, whom I met around 6 years ago when she engaged me to assist with her marriage to her ex-husband which was struggling.
In toady's episode she kindly and generously agreed to come onto Relatable to share her story of going from stuck, frustrated and frightened, to moving through her separation with humility, love and grace.
Rebecca's story is one that I think many of you will relate to and will help anyone going through the difficulties of separating and finding a way forward that is honouring of the people involved ,regardless of what has happened to cause the breakdown of the relationship in the first place. -
In this weeks episode, I have a very special guest for you.
Dicken Bettinger is a ball of love and you will feel this as you listen, he has such a gift for pointing us all towards our own truth and for explaining the way our own thinking goes up and down and how this naturally plays out in our relationships.
Understanding how to navigate "moods" in our relationships is as important as a pilot knowing how to navigate the weather in order to safely fly a plane. It is also key in understanding how to navigate conflict, differences and emotional reactions and this weeks episode more than delivers.
There is lots of gold in what Dicken so generously shares with us.
If you enjoyed todays episode, I would love it if you could leave me a review in Itunes, so more people can get access to this valuable information and more relationships, families and people can benefit. -
In todays episode of Relatable, I talk about a little known and incredibly powerful leverage point when it comes to dealing with the new year's resolutions we make to ourselves and the promises we make to our partners, friends and families that seem to last for a short period of time, until we trip lose traction and do that one thing we promised we wouldn't.
It's such an important leverage point in the quality of our relationships and our own lives and yet it's the one thing people do not take into consideration when it looks like will power has run out or something else is at play.
It's called Clarity Of Mind and is the focus of today's Relatable episode. -
In this weeks episode of Relatable, I have the delightful Elsie Spittle as my guest. Elsie embodies so much of what it means to rest in the truth of our spiritual nature, she shares so many gold nuggets for us all around what is available when we allow ourselves to be mentored by the intelligence behind life, to allow ourselves to have trust and faith in something bigger than ourselves.
The tuning in and understanding of our spiritual nature plays a huge role in our levels of wellbeing, fulfillment, peace, calm, joy, compassion.,(I could go on and on). Which is wonderful for our relationships and our ability to do them well.
This episode is a little longer than most, but I guarantee you will love everything Elsie shares with us. So grab yourself a cuppa sit back and enjoy this very special episode of Relatable -
Today, I have a very special episode of Relatable for you. Navigating mental illness in your relationship can be a lonely, overwhelming and frightening experience.
Which is why I am so grateful to this week's guest, Kari (last name has been withheld) who has so graciously and generously shared her own story of dealing with her husband's mental illness.
Not only is it raw and honest, it's also a story of growth, bravery and above all love.
I'm so very thankful and grateful to Kari for sharing this, as I know it will help many people who need to know they are not alone.
A very big thank you to you Kari. x

In todays episode I look at something that is often overlooked, misunderstood and undervalued in our lives. Wisdom.
Wisdom is one of those things that people often discard as woo woo and only relevant to those 'spiritual types'.
In todays episode, I break this misconception down and show you why appreciating, understanding and tapping into wisdom is one of the greatest things you can do for the quality of your life and your relationships. -
In todays episode I am running solo and dealing with something that I myself have struggled with in the past.
Being Right!
Wanting and needing to be right is a huge issue in relationships. It destroys goodwill, connection and trust and is something so many people come to me for help around.
In this episode I look at why being addicted to being right, is a logical tendency for so many people, based upon our social conditioning.
How we have learnt that in order to avoid pain, we had to get 'it right' at all costs.
That learning from our mistakes, is not necessarily true and how we can let that myth go.
That there is something else, a natural asset we all have, that we have never been taught to value and how now is the time to look in that direction and set your 'being right' addiction free.
