Willkommen zu "Lauf Lust", dem Podcast für alle Wohlfühljoggerinnen und -jogger da draussen! In unserer ersten Folge #0 möchte ich euch gerne erzählen, worum es in diesem Podcast geht und was ihr erwarten könnt.
Als begeisterte Wohlfühljoggerin ist das Laufen für mich mehr als nur Sport. Es ist ein Weg, um mich wohlzufühlen, eine Auszeit zu haben und eins mit mir selbst, meinem Körper und der Natur zu sein. Jeden Samstag um 10 Uhr schnüre ich meine Laufschuhe und treffe mich mit meiner Freundin Regula zum gemeinsamen Laufen. Dabei plaudern wir über das Joggen und unseren Alltag, teilen Erfahrungen und geben uns gegenseitig Motivation.
In dieser Podcast-Serie werde ich viele Fragen rund ums Joggen beantworten. Was kann uns weiterbringen? Wie können wir uns beim Joggen wohl fühlen? Wie können wir uns verbessern? Und wie wichtig sind Stretching und Krafttraining für unsere Leistung? Dazu werde ich mit anderen passionierten Joggerinnen und Joggern sprechen und auch Experten wie Markus Ryffel zu Wort kommen lassen.
Ausserdem werde ich euch mit auf meine Reise in die wunderschöne Algarve nehmen, wo ich an einer Laufwoche teilnehme. Dort erwarten uns spannende Inhalte wie Laktat-Test, Lauf-ABC, Kraftübungen, Wohlfühljoggen am Strand, Techniktraining, Videolaufanalysen, morgendliches Jogging, Hügeltraining und viele weitere Tipps und Tricks rund ums Laufen.
Also, kommt mit und begleitet mich auf meinem Laufabenteuer mit "Lauf Lust"! Der Podcast erscheint alle 14 Tage, immer samstags um 10 Uhr. Lasst uns gemeinsam die Freude am Laufen entdecken und uns inspirieren, fit und glücklich zu sein.
