Markel Irizar is a former pro cyclist who spent 16 years at the highest level of this sport. Markel was one of the most loyal domestiques of his era, starting in 21 Grand Tours and 29 monumental classics.
After retiring, he stayed with Lidl-Trek as the team's sporting director and coach. In addition, he took up skimo and successfully completed Pierra Menta two weeks ago.

Jakob Herrmann is among the best skimo athletes in long races and La Grande Course team races. Johanna Hiemer, a 28-year-old athlete from Austria, has it all: a healthy and loving family, a successful career in both winter and summer sports, and clear goals set for the future. In the previous season, Johanna finished 8th in the World Cup, took 4th place in the Individual race at the World Championships, and achieved personal bests in all disciplines. 25 years old Hans-Inge Klette finished 9th overall in the ISMF World Cup 2021/22 and 3rd in the Sprint ranking. He is the most successful Norwegian skimo racer with a goal to represent his country in Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics in 2026.
