Recruiting challenges are a common occurrence in businesses of all sizes. Finding the right talent for your organization can often feel like an uphill battle. One of the main challenges is attracting qualified applicants who align with the company's values and culture.
In this webinar, we address a Bible hero who was overwhelmed with the daily ritual of overseeing the masses as their judge and jury for complaints brought. Sunup to sunset the crowds would stand in front of him awaiting their turn. That is, until some wisdom was imparted to him by a caring visitor. It’s a story teaching us that when amid an overwhelming project, stand back a few moments and consider which aspects of the project you could delegate to free up some time.

In every workplace, there is a need for individuals who are willing to lend an ear and offer their thoughts and insights to their superiors. These individuals, often referred to as sounding boards, serve as a valuable resource for decision-makers, providing them with a different perspective and helping them navigate through complex situations.
It is crucial to recognize when you’re being a sounding board for your boss, it crosses the line into you being taken advantage of. When your boss consistently relies on you as their sounding board without acknowledging your own needs or aspirations, it can lead to feelings of being undervalued and overlooked.
As Christians, we often use God as our sounding board when we want things to go our way in our career. A better job, more money, additional time off. And when things don’t seem to be going our way, we get upset with God.
However, have we ever thought about what God wants when we use Him as our sounding board? Are we acting like our boss and not acknowledging God’s needs?
In this webinar, we address three individuals who got what they wanted from God because they framed what they wanted as being something God could use.
It’s a story of trust and obey with a touch of compassion for helping God’s children.

In a world that often values conformity, it's important for you to embrace your uniqueness and recognize that having different ideas is actually a sign of strength. While it can be tempting to follow the crowd and conform to societal norms, those like you who dare to think outside the box, are the ones who make a lasting impression on the office staff, and significant impact on the corporation’s bottom line.
In this webinar, we address several situations where an older brother has a responsibility but fails, and in turn, the younger brother who is quite unique receives their elder’s award. The stories teach us that the purer heart toward God wins.

You’re at the coffee stand at the office and can see into the copy room across the hall.
What caught your eye was a coworker who entered the room with a single sheet of paper in her hand while both copy machines were taken by colleagues who were making several copies.
The coworker appeared impatient and one of the colleagues asked if the coworker only needed to make one copy. The coworker said, “Yes”, and the colleague moved out of the way for a minute.
However, it took longer than a minute for the coworker to make that one copy. The coworker initially made the one copy, and then said, “I just realized I need to fax the page to another”, then decided they needed several copies of the original for distribution at the upcoming meeting, followed by needing to send faxes to several people.
Needless to say, the event continued after you had finished your coffee, and on leaving the area you noticed the “nice” colleague shaking her head in apparent disbelief over what was happening.
In this webinar, we discuss individuals from the Bible who put their own desires over others to the point of committing heinous acts. The need to have it “their way” was so important, that the death of another to get what they wanted was trivial in their eyes.
It’s a lesson of how God will step in and even the score when go too far with our selfishness.

However, the trip was anything but pleasant for this leader. It’s a story of how a Christian leader deals with overly critical people.
