Your consciousness is within you. You are the only one with the answers you seek. Go within and know that you have access to everything you need. 2) Start with a tool that selects you. Go to your local metaphysical shop and see what pops out at you. I had a crystal literally jump out of my hand and break on the floor so I would buy it. 3) Focus on what's free and then set a budget and stick to it. You can go overboard on the latest "conscious" tools and the truth is you don't have to have them. How can companies consciously handle "scandal"? How can we have accountability without public shaming? How can we honor the women who are affected and prevent it from happening again? What evidence of conscious truth should journalists be held accountable to? How should media outlets be held accountable for conscious truth? How can we end public shaming? What if you are the target of shaming? How can we handle it consciously? Then here how a scandal affected one of Nichole's mentors and how she recommends handling it. Here are Nichole's 3 tips for dealing with public scandal and the shame game. 1) End shaming - in reporting, in advertising, and in your content. There is simply no excuse for shaming another human regardless of their infraction. Show love and understanding for all those involved. 2) Hold a higher standard for your organization - if you find out there is something that isn't ethical happening or crosses a line of conscious behavior then own it...and take action to rectify it. 3) Address the culture issue - Go beyond the person who offended and the person who was offended and think about how the culture of your organization supported this behavior. Consider who was aware and didn't report it and take action on all sides. Strong action and an honest conversation with staff about what happened, how it happened and what is going to change to prevent it are critical.

1) Have fun with your astral journey into self. Explore the astral realm with purpose and with creativity...to reveal (your life's purpose, your spirit guides, the Infinite Creator)...to expand (your perspective, your brain power)...to heal (your past trauma, your depression, your energy field)...to grow into your full potential. 2) Practice hell yes or no ala Tim Ferris. Learn how to say no to the things that no longer work for you without excuses, without explanation and without guilt. Say yes to the things that move your soul.
3) Balance your time in the astral and your time in 3D. Take time to discover yourself, get in shape, eat healthy, look yourself in the mirror. And find a way to continue with your life in a way that feels good to you. Follow the joy. Follow what feels light. Leave everything that feels heavy...even if it's only your perspective.

What do I want my life to look like 3 years from now? 10 years from now What am I willing to do now to create that life? What skills do I need? What experience do I need?

2) Deliver Inspiration - Create marketing pieces that inspire and motivate each human soul to connect with it's true essence, to step into it's true greatness, to be itself unapologetically. Create a sacred space for humanity to step into itself
3) Measure Connection - Measure return on investment and profit as you always would and add in a measure for connection and inspiration. Measure the energetic response to the piece through language. Create a word cloud of all the posts/shares/comments and see what language bubbles to the top. Did you inspire? Or did you spread disempowerment?
