In this episode, We are joined by Laura Sellwood and Tom Cairns. It was recorded a couple of days before they left the UK to move to Australia!
Laura and Tom are now living in Brisbane and got their 190 visas granted earlier this year (2024)!
This is not the first time they have been to Oz – they came on a WHV 2017-2019 where they did a full lap of Australia in a camper van they built. They lived and worked in Sydney and Brisbane, and did regional work on a Dairy Farm.

Meet Vic O'Neill. Vic was born in Sydney – her parents were 10-pound poms.
She moved back to the UK when she was 2 and a half years old and moved to Singapore when she was 8.
At age 13, she went to Boarding School in the UK, attended the University of Nottingham, and at age 28, moved to Perth and has lived there ever since.
Vic became a registered Migration Agent in 2006 and joined the DUC as a Migration Agent last year (2023).
