I am Cordelia, an award-winning and Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist. Throughout my adolescent years, for about a decade, I didn’t know what was wrong with me. Mood swings, bloating, weight gain, and depression were frequent visitors in my life. Every doctor’s visit was a shot in the dark. I now know that there is a better way to care for your body than just taking the advice of standardised healthcare as gospel.
