After I arrive back home from my 3 weeks overseas, I was struggling to get back into my routine of being excited to workout and start a fresh new year. On top of that I got hit with a cold the day after I arrived home and I wanted to show you that even fitness experts can land in the dumps at times.

I recently went to Canada for Christmas and New Years and then defrosted for a bit on Cali before coming back home to Australia. I wanted to share with you how I went being overseas with my training and the food choices. Its definitely not all pretty skies and rainbows thats for sure.
