In this first episode, always possible Chief Executive Richard Freeman speaks to Dr Henglien Lisa Chen, the University of Sussex's Deputy Director for Social Work Innovation & Research and Charlotte Evans, also known as the Story Chaplain.

They discuss the definition of 'old'; who is consulted when policies are made, and who is really at the heart of product and service design for older people? They look at the role of technology, when considering elder care and connection - but it is not a panacea. If there is one thing we have learned during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is that there is such a thing as 'touch deprivation’.
