Grief can hold us hostage. Grief can be a prison in which you feel like there is no escape. The bars of tears, loss, pain, and sorrow can be so loud that the sound of them closing can cause your spirit to fail. Yet the Lord has provided a way of through it. Gratitude is the key to navigating grief. You will cry and have some rough days but with gratitude, you can make it through it.
