  • With the recent death of Pope Francis and the selection of next pope, social media has lit up with multiple videos and podcasts discussing, the “prophecy of the popes.”

Some of you are perhaps hearing about this mysterious prophecy for the first time, while many others have heard about it over the years, but are not certain as to what it is.

Should Christians give consideration to this age old prophecy, and should it be taken seriously?

In today’s study, I would like to answer 3 questions that have been asked about the “prophecy of the popes.”

1 - What is the "Prophecy of the Popes"?

2 - How Accurate Are the "Prophecy of the Popes"?

3 - How Should Christians Respond to Extra-biblical Prophecies?

Then we will learn 3 Biblical criteria for judging prophecy:

1 - Prophecy Must Align with Scripture

2 - Prophecy Should Be Judged by Others

3 - Prophecy Must Be Fulfilled

  • Throughout James’ epistle, he is providing evidences for true faith. One of the evidences to test our faith is our speech.

As Christians, the scripture teaches us to not only keep our tongue from speaking profanities, and curse words, it equally forbids abusive speech and intentionally hurtful words.

When God transforms your life, He will also transform your tongue. The words that come out of our mouth are evidence of our spiritual health.

In today’s study I will be answering the following questions.

1 - How does the Bible define cursing and foul language?

2 - What Is Taking The Name Of The Lord In Vain Mean?

3 - The Top 10 Bible Verses On Cursing.

4 - What Is The Worst Curse Word?

  • "Prosperity" is a biblical word, it is not a "bad" word. What is biblical prosperity? Biblical prosperity is defined as having an abundance of resources to fully accomplish God’s will for one’s life, and to serve others.

According to the scripture, biblical prosperity is a multifaceted covenant that is rooted in God’s provision and purpose that not only includes material wealth, but also includes spiritual, physical, emotional, and relational strength.

Prosperity isn’t a vending machine — it’s the fruit of relationship, obedience, and timing. If you’ve been giving and not prospering, ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart, align your life, and trust that God is faithful to reward those who seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).

Christians who do not manage their money well may struggle to prosper because Scripture teaches that stewardship and diligence are essential to experiencing God’s blessing.

In today’s study we will learn…

    What is biblical prosperity?

Why do the wicked prosper while godly people do not?

Does the Bible promise material prosperity to all believers?

How can I get from "barely getting by" to "having an abundance"?

…and the top 10 reasons why Christians do not prosper!

  • Audio taken from the video "What Does the Bible Mean, We Will Judge Angels" - https://youtu.be/HgdMFvGsSiM

We must always allow the principles of biblical interpretation to lead us into the proper understanding of the scriptures!

This is of utmost importance when we are reading the scriptures and encounter complex passages that present difficult questions that we may struggle to understand.

When we encounter a passage that presents a difficult question, we must never respond with, “I think it means” or filter it through our “personal revelation.” Sadly, this lazy scholarship is far too common, even among Christian leadership.

In today's study, we will go over 3 questions:

    1. How should we approach complex passages in the Bible?

    2. Will believers judge angels?

    3. Will we judge heavenly angels or fallen angels?

    Key Scriptures for today’s teaching: 1 Corinthians 6:1-3 & 11

Other Scriptures in this study: Revelation 3:21; Jude 6; Hebrews 1:14; Psalm 91:11; Ephesians 1:19-23

In today's Bible study, we will learn how to to handle competing loyalties, double mindedness, and double vision that this social media driven society surrounds us with.

    1. How much time does the average person spend on social media?

    2. What is a "healthy eye"?

    3. What is an "unhealthy eye"?

The key Scripture for this message: Matthew 6:19-24

Other Scriptures in this study: Ephesians 5:15-17; Psalm 119:105; Philippians 4:8; Psalm 119:37; Ephesians 5:3-11; Job 31:1-4; Psalm 101:2-4

*Note of correction* When Tiff reads from Ephesians 5:15-17, he states it's from Ephesians 6 but the correct verses are read.

  • Audio taken from the live video "Can a Woman Be a Pastor?"- https://youtu.be/rgP-c6HkVto

The controversy concerning the role of women in ministry, serving as pastors, elders, deacons, and various church leadership roles continues to be aggressively debated among respected theologians and denominational leaders.

All true Christians agree that the Bible is our final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

Therefore, on this contentious issue, it is critical that we carefully examine what the scriptures say about the biblical role of women in ministry.

1 - Are there examples of women in ministry in the Old Testament?

2 - Are there examples of women in ministry in the New Testament?

3 - Is there an equality provided for women in the New Covenant?

4 - Is there an example in the New Testament of a woman pastor?

    Key Scriptures for today’s teaching: 1 Corinthians 14: 33-40

Other Scriptures in this study: Galatians 3:26-29

This teaching is not exhaustive and there will be followup teachings about some of the verses that are often used on this topic.

In our culture today, when you say "church," the majority of people think of the building where people gather to worship, or perhaps the title of a denomination: The Baptist Church, the Catholic Church, the Methodist Church etc. We will soon discover that's not even close to what we see in the Scriptures:

    1. What is the biblical definition of the church?

    2. What are the benefits of attending church?

    3. Are there valid reasons for not attending church?

    4. Is it a sin not to go to church?

  • Audio taken from the live video "Has The Tribulation Begun?"- https://youtu.be/F93DjTh076s

According to biblical prophecy, the tribulation is a seven year period that will begin immediately following the rapture.

This tribulation period will display the greatest display of God’s wrath and judgment in all of human history! Evil without restraint, diseases, natural, disasters, wars, the death of almost half of the world’s population, and more.

Jesus said that if God had not limited this time, (7 years x 360 = 2520 days) no one would survive the horrors and apocalyptic events. In all of that prophesied horror that is coming upon this earth, there is a blessed hope available as we will see in the scriptures today.

    1. Does the Bible tell us when the tribulation begins?

2 How can we be sure we are not already in the tribulation?

3 Will believers go through the tribulation?

I cannot overemphasize the weight of what I am teaching today. This subject is critical in our mastery of Bible prophecy. If you fail to properly interpret what the Scriptures reveal concerning the future of Israel and the Jewish people, then you corrupt the entire theme of eschatology and risk creating a multitude of Biblical contradictions and inaccuracies.

Here are the three questions we will address today:

    1. Is it true that because the Jews rejected Jesus, God rejected the Jews?

    2. What is Replacement Theology?

    3. What is God's plan for Israel and the Jews in prophecy?

The key Scriptures for this message: Romans 11:1-15

I receive a number of questions each year concerning the significance of the red heifer in final prophecy. There are great numbers of red heifer videos and radical claims that frequently appear on social media and that fuels people's curiosity on the subject.

However, it is a significant prophetic subject found in the Bible, and therefore I try to provide an update once a year for those who ask, and for all our new students who have never heard a proper study on the subject.

Here are the three questions we will address today:

    1. What is the significance of the red heifer in final prophecy?

    2. Does a flawless red heifer need to be confirmed before the rapture takes place?

    3. Is the sacrifice of the red heifer a type of Christ?
