    She is a regular speaker at events such as CBRE Women in Business, and has won several professional awards including the Global Women's Business Club Top Ten Voices 2024. She has been regularly interviewed and published in the UK and UAE media.

    She believes that it’s only by putting people first, rather than systems or processes, that successful and sustainable change can really happen.
