This Full Moon is by no means subtle. Uranus, the planet of shaking things up, is co-present with the Moon, rattling our feelings. Taurus is typically a seeker of safety but this Full Moon is delivering a firm kick in the ass out of the comfort zone! The outer planets are giving confirmation to overdue change, both personally and societally. This reference comes up a lot in this episode: you don’t want to be the coal miner sitting and waiting for the coal to come back. It’s not coming back. What are you gonna do to pivot and survive? With the goal being to thrive.

This eclipse is kicking off the Virgo-Pisces axis eclipses that we will be experiencing until February 2027. The kite shape in the eclipse chart is asking us to elevate our dreams. If our kite is dragging on the ground we need to find the gusto to get it back in the sky! The strong influence from Pluto and Uranus reminds us that it takes one person to break a pattern…even if that pattern is with ourselves. Uranus is begging, kicking, and screaming yet again for some change, Virgo Venus and wabi-sabi, tensions towards Mars + Jupiter in Gemini are asking us to get clever, this Full Moon chart shows us where we might have to get out of the noise of the crowd to connect with our core needs, the Sabian symbols for the Sun and Moon hammer home to chop wood and carry water of it all, sacrifices are made to the Mercury Retrograde gods, and listen in to find out why errors are more valuable :)

hello star children it’s time for another episode of ⟡ star quality ⟡ and this is a retrograde reflection episode because I have connected too many dots to some of our recent retrogrades and I simply had to share with you all so you can connect your own life dots yourself! retrogrades offer a softening of the planets, an entryway into their psyche that we don’t get when they’re direct.
we are currently in Mercury Retrograde happening in Virgo and Leo so in today’s podcast I take a look back on last year’s mercury retrograde in Virgo that took place from August 23 - Sept 15 2023. Mercury was in Virgo for the whole duration of July 28, 2023 - Oct 4, 2023.
ok keep following me here: now during last year’s Merc Rx in Virgo we also experienced a Venus Rx in Leo! Venus was in Leo from June 19, 2023 until Oct 7, 2023. It was retrograde from July 22, 2023 until September 3, 2023. Flash forward to 2024 and we just experienced Leo Venus this past month, it’s first visit back in this sign since last year’s retrograde which has us returning to themes of Venus, compatibility, and what we care about.
ok now keep following me again I promise it pays off: Mars is in Gemini right now. the last time Mars was in Gemini we had a big old Mars retrograde from Oct 30, 2022 - Jan 12, 2023 and Mars was in Gemini from Aug 20, 2022 through March 25, 2023!
SOOOOOO LIIIIIIKE we have so many planets that are back again in the signs where the last time they were in them they were retrograde. they are finalizing their unfinished business. we have so much to revisit from what was and wasn’t working in our lives, especially what was highlighted during these retrograde periods. take a look at the dates bolded above and see if there’s any clues or hints at what area of life might need some attention.

I discuss in this episode how the First Cap Full Moon squared Neptune while the Second Sextiled Neptune, showing that the fog was truly lifted after many weeks of confusion, frustration, and straight-up gaslighting!
The Moon is Conjunct Pluto in the 2nd Full Moon chart, putting a stamp of finality and legacy into the collective conversation, while Mars + Uranus continues to light up the sky with frenzy and change!

Girl, it's so confusing sometimes to be a girl. hello fellow e-friends ~ today’s episode of ⟡ star quality ⟡ is a mega astrology deep dive sparked by the song Girl, so confusing? off of Charli xcx’s latest album brat.
there’s strong speculation that Lorde is the subject of the song so i booted up both of their natal charts ~plus their synastry chart~ to see where charli and lorde are compatible (virgo moons 2 degrees apart!!!) and aren’t compatible (virgo moons 2 degrees apart!!!) and some of it is…loud
so join me as I analyze both of their natal charts, go over the history of their lore and theorize on this possible consensual “diss” track :P
the song and these two singers relationship prompted a bigger astrology question: can astrology tell us if we’re prone to being chronically online?
