This summer I went to Louisville, Kentucky, for a reunion of sorts of a bunch of beer writers. To do my small part to help amplify the woefully underrepresented voices of women in craft beer and beverage, I sat down with Ariel Keeton. Ariel is the founder of Team Nevertheless, a group of women in craft beer in Minnesota. She has been in the craft beer industry for 8 years and currently brews at Excelsior Brewing Company in Excelsior, Minnesota. Ariel shares her path into beer, how she helped create Team Nevertheless, and what is going on at Excelsior Brewing.
